The cat bed is great according to me but unfortunately the cats don’t seem to have the confidence to climb in. Perhaps one day.

Arrived next day. Looks and feels lovely (5 stars) but I'm disappointed with size (minus 2 stars). I measured my cat and on that measurement chose the large, 53x53cm, but even when I squashed the cat bed down, the external diameter doesn't seem to come to that. I've added photos with tape measure showing external and internal measurements so you can see what size to expect. Cat not yet been in it. Fingers crossed its big enough.Update: cat loves it. I've given another star.

I really liked this bed, so does our chorkie and our mini dachshund unfortunately so does our Labrador and he will try to take it into his big bed with the other girls still inside it because he likes to cuddle it, it keeps the smaller dogs really warm and comfortable, I've only washed it once but it came up lovely again, reasonable thickness, I found it easy to clean, it retained its shape, all in all I think it's a good price for a good bed and it looks good, recommend. (The picture without the dog init was straight after it dried from its wash)

The hood doesn’t stand up as it claims. The quality isn’t that good as their video showed. It’s more expensive than the same quality.

It is lovely and looks comfy… but I had to return it as my cats refused to use it (my Siamese cats are VERY fussy). I would recommend it - it’s a good product for a small to medium cat.

The bed is warm and cozy but the hood doesn’t stay up. It just lies loose on the bed.

Doesn't open up from back to remove cushion and clean the cover.
As shown in the pictures of the product the cover should come off of the cushion for easy washing but that is not the case with what got delivered also the top doesn't stay upright and falls down. My cat likes to sleep on it so 2 stars.
