Quality + performance + value for money
Purchased these pedals to use with X-plane 12 flight simulator as a replacement for my previous rudder/brake pedals which were far too sensitive and at times uncontrollable with smaller GA aircraft. The build quality of Velocity One is so much better. Really solid and comfortable. These pedals are significantly heavier than my previous basic set which, together with the spiked rubber feet, ensure no lateral movement on my carpet. Installation to my flight sim PC by USB was quick and easy. X-Plane recognised the pedals automatically and I fine-tuned the pedal sensitivity to my liking using the response curves within X-plane settings. In my opinion, in terms of quality, performance and price, the Velocity One rudder/brake pedals offer excellent value for money and have added tremendously to the enjoyment of my flight-sim hobby.

Realistic Rudder Pedals
These rudder pedals were easy to set up out of the box and configure in my X-Plane simulator. It has two different pedal styles, one for general small prop aircraft and one for jet airliners such as Boeing 737-800. It is very easy to change over the pedals to properly replicate the right pedal style for the aircraft you are flying. The left and right yaw action of the pedals is very smooth adding a great deal of realism to the simulator. The pedals come with two different sets of springs which allow you to choose whether to have a stronger or weaker tension on the pedal movement (I found the weaker springs suited me best). Although these pedals are more expensive than the likes of the Logitech/Saitek Pro pedals, it is certainly worth spending a bit more for the extra realism. It took me about a year to decide on which pedals to buy and I am certainly not disappointed with my purchase.

Really good quality. Solid build. Some reviews were critical about the pressure on the toe brakes being light but I didn't have any problems with them.

Price is quite reasonable considering the quality and functionality
Nice hefty construction, well designed/engineered, very smooth operation, really a polished product. Highlights are the ergonomic considerations (interchangeable footrests, expandable width settings, all necessary items are included). I solved the chair with castors problem (i.e. chair moves when pedals depressed) by nesting it against furniture behind me.
