This flour is packed in a factory where they produce items with nuts, soy, milk, and gluten, so as much as the flour is supposedly gluten-free and made from 100% rice flour, it also appears to warn it may contain other unwanted elements. Please take this into account before buying it, especially if you are sensitive to any of these ingredients.The flour seems to be of good quality, and the things I baked with it turned out well. The flour is easy to work with, mixes well, and makes smooth batters and doughs.I am happy to make pastries and cakes with this flour, as I get to reduce the amount of wheat flour in my diet.

The rice flour is of good quality and it is well grinded. The rice flour is supposed to be gluten free but I am not 100% sure if this one is gluten free or not. Unfortunately, the package I received had big hole in it and it had leaked into the Bolo parcel package already, however, the package had no cuts or holes from outside. Otherwise, I can't complain much about the product itself.
