The media could not be loaded. I had been wanting to get one of these for my three cats. They hated drinking out of dishes with stagnant water, even though I changed in a clean dish water daily. Two were drinking out of the bathroom tub faucet, as it drips, something my landlord doesn't want to fix. The other one would jump on the bar, and drank out of the kitchen faucet. I wanted to prevent that from happening, especially in the kitchen. They already had two automatic feeders. OMG..if I would have known how they reacted to this fountain I definitely would have recorded it...it was too funny. It was super quiet when I first got it. You couldn't hear it at all. The noise grew a little louder as expected, when the water level is low. However, the noise level from the beginning to now, even when full is kind of annoying to be completely honest. I will tell you, you will notice a distinct difference in the noise level, when the filters need to be changed. I have well water, however found that using bottled or even distilled water to be best. The cats absolutely love it, and are no longer jumping in the bar in the kitchen. They still drink out of the bathroom tub faucet. Which isn't as much, and I am fine with that, because the main goal was to prevent them from getting on the bar and counter tops in the bathroom. One of my cats is very old, and her eyesight has determinated, so the light is nice. You can easily turn it off with the push button on the cord. It is easy to assemble and ean. These filters are great. I wasn't sure how often the filters would need to be changed, so I bought a smaller amount the first time, which I never received. Bolo was great about this, and refunded my money. I knew at this point how often the filters would need to be changed at this point so I went with a bigger set. I would highly recommend the fountain, even though the noise level increased. My cats Love it, andnit helped me fulfill my goal so it's a win win. I would have to say that I have some very spoiled kitties.

Good Product - make sure all the filters are there
Good product, I've ordered this several times no problem. Today when it arrived it only had 3 of the black, sponge filters instead of 8. I can't return it because I need to change out the filters tomorrow.
