The kind of matcha you want all day every day. Smooth, well rounded and absolutely full of nutrients. I treat it like real matcha. Either with hot water to make a premium tea or frothy milk (I use coconut milk…flavours work well) to make a matcha latte. I have it for breakfast with macadamia nuts and I’m satiated til lunch time. My husband agreed it smells of Japan, the tatami mats, everything. So if you want to feel like you’re in Japan having real matcha without the caffeine but all the health benefits of white mulberry leaf….. doooooo it.

Taste was satisfactory but the powder was not entirely smooth and had larger bits in it. Overall it did not seem to mix into the liquid properly as expected and stayed grainy.

I've been using this one for a while, it's nice and smells and tastes like matcha. I've been using it for lattes and overnight oats. I think the clearspring one tastes nicer as tea and mixes a little better for lattes, but for overnight oats this one is perfect and it's nice in lattes too. If you're picky with your matcha I would suggest the clearspring one, but if you're happy with reasonable quality this one is fine!

A quality product
It’s very good indeed.It makes good white mulberry tea , which is known to help the body metabolize glucose. Safe and healthy.
Better tasting than regular matcha
I'll be happy to be the first person to review this stuff. All I can say is that this is amazing and exceeded my expectations. I needed a decaffeinated alternative to regular matcha since I love the taste of matcha but want no caffeine. This was hard to find because it does not show up when searching for decaf matcha. Luckily I was able to research what is used in Japan and came across "White Mulberry Leaf". I chose this brand because it has the best nutrition in terms of low calories and trace carbs (and as a bonus I appreciate the thoroughness and transparency of labeling down to decimal points).I figured it would be slightly off in flavor but I was blown away by just how good it was. It somehow tastes exactly like regular matcha and honestly better at the same time. The aroma of it in the bag is just like regular matcha with maybe some more "earthy" scents to it and when used in my smoothie and recipe, it honestly seems more flavorful than the regular stuff. Somehow it has more of a "matcha" flavor than matcha does, not in an overpowering way but the taste seems more flavorful and prominent. I find it less "bitter" than regular matcha in its natural state but I use sweetener so it's all the same. Also less "chalky" to the taste and doesn't clump up as much as my regular kind does. Still seems to have the same density and can replace matcha 1:1. The Color differences are in picture--it's natural and normal for it to be slightly different from the regular.All in all I am very satisfied with the product and will continue to buy it. Now I can drink matcha in the evening with no problems.

Ein tolles Produkt für unsere Tochter die natürlich nicht herkömmliches Matcha Trinken darf wegen des Koffeines. Hier eine Alternative die auch noch original zu 100% wie echtes schmeckt....Hätte ich niemals gedacht ist aber so. Bestelle ich auf alle Fälle nochmal.
Silky and no bitterness like matcha
My cousin’s review: Bought this as a decaf matcha and LOVE it. It’s creamier/silkier than matcha, stays blended maybe even better than matcha, and tastes really lovely. Tastes like a nutty, creamy, non-bitter matcha. Have purchased a few times now and the quality always seems the same. 10/10, highly recommend if you’re a fan of matcha at all.
Schmeckt nicht wie Matcha
Ich kann die positiven Bewertungen leider nicht nachvollziehen. Ja, es sieht wie Matcha aus, aber es schmeckt eher wie Gerstengras. Leider kein würdiger Ersatz für Matcha. Ich hätte gerne koffeinfreien Matcha.
