Clips to clamp down tarpaulin & bungee cord straps to use with the clips 10 x each. The clips screw open with a nut to enable width, once desired width is reached you push on then screw the nut to tighten clamp.You can then use the bungee cords to thread through the holes in the clamps to hang things etc. I gave 4 stars for this product has some of the clamp screws would not tighten & hold if close to maximum width limit. All in all a good product.

Although I haven't used these yet I can see that the tarp clips appear to be robust and they can be adjusted to give a good grip. My only concern would be using them on a lightweight tarp, the edges of the "teath" may be a little sharp and may damage the tarp. The bungees appear to be strong and very practical for many jobs.
