I've been stuck at the same weight for a while, nothing I did seemed to shift another pound. My first week taking these I lots 7lb. It's not just these tables, I have cut down, these make it easier to not crave sweet foods as basically I've felt sick all week. A small price to pay for shifting such a stubborn few pound.

SIX WEEK UPDATE: Definitely a placebo. I stopped taking these for almost a week, because I left them somewhere by accident. I still couldn't eat much etc. I won't be buying these again for that reason. I had SEVERE dehydration for weeks on end, and I already drink at least 3 litres a day (female - intense workouts daily), and I was drinking a lot more. I wondered why I was feeling like rubbish, with extreme fatigue -it was these tablets! I have permanently stopped taking them, and chucked the rest! I do NOT recommend. I am not intolerant to caffeine etc, but they made me feel so exhausted with EXTREMELY constantly dry skin (already have dermatitis), and I was needing constant moisturiser, which I don't normally. People commented on my puffy eyes (dehydration), yet I don't normally have that issue.Just goes to show if you can trick yourself, it's perfect! Remember: progress takes time, it doesn't happen over night! If I can trick my mind into doing extra sets or longer cardio, I can trick my mind into anything! Thought it might have been a placebo, but hey ho! I would presume most of these things are. I'm not annoyed, it just goes to show I have the will power :-)

The fit lab smart weight supplement which I ordered from Bolo definitely made some difference to my weight loss journey. I took the product daily after meals and found that it worked a little bit like a laxative and helped digest things extremely quick which leaves you with a flatter and lighter stomach in the morning ready for a good workout session. It also has natural weight loss ingredients like green tea and cayenne pepper. The tablets are also vegetarian which is another plus.The only downside is that it's quite expensive for something which you'd like to incorporate in your fitness journey. Since your taking two tablets a day its £11 a month which is a bit hefty especially if your like me and it takes you a bit longer to see results.

First of all I will start with the packaging and delivery which were both more than expected, the supplements are also of decent size and don’t carry a smell with them which I find some supplements do! delivery was before expected and the bottle is easy to store and lightweight for when away from home.The capsules themselves are great, the biggest difference I have found is energy and metabolism, I take one in the morning and on gym days I take one before I train. I have found a great increase in my stamina, I particularly enjoy using them before a run!Originally the purchase was to aid me in my weight loss journey, I currently work in the hospitals and therefore am expected to be active for 12.5 hours a shift, so far I have lost 12lbs (however I have not always been consistent! So I’m sure if I was there would be an even bigger weight loss).I will be continuing to use this product- there are 0 side effects in my experience- no jitters or stomach cramps etc which can be found amongst similar products.I would highly recommend these to anyone who struggles with energy levels or needs a boost for day to day activities and light gym sessions.I will be ordering again!Thank you!

I’ve been buying these for almost a year and they work great for me. However the last ones I got made me feel horrible. They were also covered in white dust/powder (I thought one of the capsules opened) and they’ve made me feel nauseous and dizzy. I don’t know what’s going on maybe a bad batch but they used to be amazing

SMART WEIGHTO - Energizing product!

I was searching for an over-the-counter product to suppress my appetite. SMART WEIGHTOreally helped me to adjust my diet to lose a few pounds, but I didn't expect that it would give me more energy! I'm a senior citizen and over the past few years I've noticed that my stamina has declined. Now when I know that I have many errands or tasks to do around my house I take one capsule and I am energized. I can stay active for 6 - 8 hours after I take a SMART WEIGHTO capsule. Honestly, it is amazing how much I can accomplish on the days that I use SMART WEIGHTO. I do not take it every day, only when I have a LOT to do or when I know I have to suppress my appetite (events where I know there will be many tempting food offerings).I have recommended this product to many of my friends - mostly for the energy it provides! I'll be reordering more very soon!

Amazing product that has high quality components and as well looks extremely nice. When I buy such type of products I usually focus a lot on what are the product’s main components and FitLab offers a combination of natural ingredients that complements very well the nutrition!
