This is by far the best vacuum cleaner I have bought and used to date!! inclusive of Dyson, GoHenry, Electrolux, LG and Vax (all great brands). I recently purchased the Samsung Bespoke Jet Pet Cordless Stick Vacuum Cleaner, With Auto Empty Built-in Clean Station,, and I must say, it has completely exceeded my expectations in every aspect. From its presentation, ease of use to its exceptional performance, this vacuum cleaner has truly revolutionised my cleaning routine. I’m in love!! I must say that while I do not have pets, any vacuum that is powerful enough for pet hair got my thumbs up for use.Firstly, let’s talk about the cleaning station. It is not only visually appealing but also next level in terms of functionality. The automatic clearing of dust accumulation is a game-changer, saving me valuable time and ensuring that the vacuum is always ready for use. Hate to see dust accumulation left in the vacuum even if it is not full!! No more of that!! Of course you’ll eventually need to clear the cleaning station once filled. I also appreciate the attention to detail, such as the cradle stand for accessories, which keeps everything organised and within reach. These considerations already made me happy and I hadn’t even begun to clean.Speaking of cleaning, I was blown away by the results. After just one pass, my carpets looked and felt different. By the time I was done it seemed as if they had been professionally washed. The deep cleaning capabilities of this vacuum are truly remarkable, making me reconsider the need for frequent carpet washing. In fact, I decided to put off washing for another week, feeling confident that the vacuum would deliver the same impeccable results; I’ll deep clean with just vacuuming again and then wash in another week or so.One of the standout features of this vacuum is its impressive battery life. Throughout my two and a half hours of cleaning of just the upstairs (deep clean of everything this weekend), which included vacuuming bedrooms, under beds, and navigating stairs, the battery held steady without losing power in performance away from its recharging station. I love its reliability.The portability of this vacuum cleaner is fabulous too. It felt incredibly light in my hands, allowing me to effortlessly manoeuvre around furniture and other obstacles while cleaning. Whether I'm tackling carpets, hardwood floors, or tile, this vacuum moves with such ease that cleaning was more enjoyable. The transitioning from cleaning carpets to wooden floors and tile was a breeze, thanks to the powerful suction and versatile design of the vacuum. It felt seamless.What truly sets this vacuum apart is its exceptional quality and innovative features!! I can confidently say that this vacuum cleaner is worth every penny and more. It’s a superior piece of engineering and definitely worth the money paid (though I bought it on sale (£449) for a fraction of its original cost (£729.99) but would have been happy with the original cost for these results). I know it’s pricey but it’s worth it!! And it’s currently on further sale on Bolo for £50 less than I bought it recently. If I could justify having two of them I would snap it up again :-D

After trying other brand products of cordless hoovers we found this to be way better built and an upgrade in the power, it also comes with the attachments that is a bonus and saves buying the extras separately.More than happy.

Battery stopped charging after 5 months, Bolo said I had to report the repair to Samsung. I did it and Samsung was supposed to send a courier to pick up the vacuum cleaner - after 2 weeks of waiting and contacting customer service, no one showed up! Fortunately, Bolo customer service was very helpful and took the vacuum cleaner back and refunded my money.

Vacuum its self is fantastic. Literally pulls rugs off the floor.Self emptying is great however the bags are not reusable and cost over a £1 each so even if you empty weekly it’s an extra running cost. Big let down is the recycling offer on the add its out of date and Samsung won’t honour it. Misleading frustrating. After no luck with recycling offer from Bolo or Samsung we have decided to return this.

I purchased this kit directly from Samsung a few years backOn opening and setting up I thought what a lovely well made system at that point I should have boxed it back up and had a refund.The vacuum is no way as good as a shark or Dyson.
