Have some spare AAA batteries.I installed the batteries that came with the controller.It worked fine for about 5 minutes, then the select and arrow buttons stopped working. I was about to return it but just beforehand I took the batteries from my working controller and installed them in the new one, it was fine.I cancelled the return.Just 4 stars because the edges and corners are very sharp compared to my Samsung one.

Bought as a gift for friend who broke theirs matched with tv ( worked straight away) works great same as broken one

Total waste of time. The item didn’t work at all. We tried different batteries and still no luck until we took the battery cover off of it and it only works when the battery cover is off. Totally unpractical and unsafe with children around.

Works well. Came with batteries but the batteries didn't work. We put our own batteries in it and it works fine. Easy to use.

Started off well but now the programmes "stick" and it becomes frustrating. I will have to replace it soon
