Our school was having sports day. All children were supposed to get a medal. Unfortunately school ran out of said medals! Fortunately for my daughter daddy has Bolo!The medal came next day, with the added bonus of a certificate (which went down well). The medal itself is metallic possibly brass (looks like brass). Embossed is the words "well done". It feels good and tangible for a child young or old.The ribbon is blue, white and red. Looks great and has lasted.All in all well worth it.

My friends son took part in a race at Sports Day and beat everyone but stopped where he thought the end of the track was (where all his friends were). The other racers went passed him and reached the real finishing line leaving the boy in last place. He was naturally very upset about this (he is only 8) but the mean old teachers refused to give him a medal and was happy to see him cry for the rest of the event.I was disgusted by their lack of empathy and so I went online and ordered him this medal which also comes with a certificate! I presented it to him a few days later and it made his day.
