VITL Hair, Skin & Nails + Collagen, 30 Capsules is for me an easy-to-take supplement which delivers nutrients which are especially vital for hair, skin, and nails.I like the fact they are easy to swallow, though I would recommend you take them with something to eat as the food will help the supplement reach your digestive stomach quicker. I have noticed if I simply take them with water there is a slight aftertaste, this taste is totally removed when I even swallow a small bit of bread and butter or even a biscuit straight after I swallow the supplement.I have noticed an improvement in my nails and my hair has an extra gloss to it. My skin has slightly improved, but I have only completed one month of a daily dose of this supplement and would happily stay on the same course of supplements as so far, I am happy with the results. I also like the fact they are sold at a good price therefore I am happy to recommend this source of supplements as a good purchase.

Not noticed any effect of these yet. Not the nicest of tastes or sizes of capsule to take. Will try some more but not convinced. They seem a little pricey compared to alternatives.

This is an excellent skin treatment that is so gentle and effective. I love that it has a variety of ingredients that are so beneficial for my skin and it is all natural. I feel so much better about using this product than the chemical-based ones. The packaging is so appealing, and the price is so affordable. I would recommend this product to all of my friends and family.I'm always looking for a product that isn't loaded with chemicals and that will help my hair grow and maintain a healthy shine. VITL is a product that contains natural ingredients that are proven to help with hair growth and a healthy shine. I love using this product because it is an all-in-one product that will improve the health of my hair and skin. This is a product that I will use for the rest of my life.

These are excellent pills that supply my wife with three important minerals. After not using biotin for a short time, she really sees the difference in her nails and these pills have provided said nails with strength and hair with lustre. The zinc is a great addition too, giving her a bit of pep during the mid-afternoon lull that we all go through. The one problem - though it is not insurmountable - is the taste. They tend to break down quite quickly after swallowing and if taken with ordinary water, can leave a strong chalky taste in the mouth. It should be taken with food to help the digestion and taste.

Comes in a glass jar which I like because I can use it for storage when I finish the vitamins.The taste and smell aren't great but I've tasted worst with other brands.Not hard to swallow if you don't usually have issues with taking this kind of stuff.The price could be a bit lower.
