The sleek design complements our modern décor, and the realistic flame effect creates a warm and inviting atmosphere.Pros:• Realistic Flame Effect: The flames look surprisingly authentic, adding a cosy ambiance to the room.• Adjustable Settings: Multiple flame brightness levels and heat settings allow for customisation to suit different moods and temperatures.• Remote Control: The included remote makes it convenient to adjust settings without leaving the sofa.• Easy Installation: The setup was straightforward, with clear instructions provided.Cons:• Heat Output: While it provides a comfortable warmth, it may not be sufficient as the sole heat source for larger rooms during colder months.Overall, we’re delighted with this purchase. Really good product - looks great and good quality. The flat-packed fire surround and mantle are heavy, but fairly easy to put together and are nice and strong. It's free-standing so you can place it anywhere near a plug socket and it makes the room! Gives out a really cosy glow and has a discreet and quiet fan heater that can be used as an extra heating source, all operated from a dinky remote control. Very pleased and would recommend 👌.

I helped to choose a new electric fireplace for my mother's lounge. Whilst this looked similar to others, it did appear to look better quality than some of the others we saw. We also liked that the remote had a digital display and seemed better quality than the generic cheap remotes many of the others had.I set built the fireplace with ease and when my mum come home to see it she was extremely pleased with it.The build quality is great and makes a great feature in her front room.We are also very happy with the flame effect which looks realistic and makes you feel warm and relaxed, even when the heater hasn't been turned on.Would highly recommend this product over similar styles and makes.

The photos do not do it justice, I am disabled so the remote is perfect for me, I particularlylike the inbuilt thermostat so the remote is set to 21⁰c and we just switch it on when the room gets to or is above 21 it turns off the heater element but you still get the realistic flame it also has an off timer so you can just fall asleep watching the flame light ut is beautiful.It took the Wife about half an hour to assemble it all and set it up which she did say it was very easy to do.

The product is okay, it assembled with reasonable ease and it looks good in use. The grey surround beneath the fire display did not fit properly and required 'modification' and several joins don't line up perfectly. If it had been priced at £200 or less I would have given it five stars, but at the full price I can't say that it is good value for money.

My order arrived early, which is always nice. There was a bit of damage to the wooden surround but customer services were fantastic and sent out replacement parts within two days, which why I gave a five star review.The fire surround is basic in design but has a nice modern look, and the flame effect of the fire itself is really good, better than we expected.The heater runs quietly and you can also run the flame effect without turning the heater on.Assemby is straightforward but quite physical so I would recommend two people if possible.Overall I am very happy with this product and impressed by the customer service I was given, and would recommend both the product and company to a friend.
