I bought 2 of these taps, one for each of the kitchen and utility room. I am a reasonably confident diy-er, and installed them without too much difficulty. They look more sophisticated than the price would suggest - excellent value in my opinion. I only have one gripe, and this is the reason I gave 4 stars rather than 5... in just 4 days I have trapped the skin at the end of one finger 3 times when moving the flow control lever to closed. The barrel of the flow/temperature control lever is exactly the same diameter as the body of the tap that it meets when closing; if the skin is caught between the two parts when brought together then OUCH! I'm not sure about any other implications, but a design which had the diameter of the control lever barrel slightly bigger than the diameter of the main body of the tap that it meets may help to avoid this painful consequence. Other than that, very happy with the taps!

The media could not be loaded. This item is an absolute bargain. Looking to replace a tap in our utility room I started looking online and found very similar item for £150+. However I needed the tap urgently and decided to check Bolo. I found this one and it was almost identical to the one online only much cheaper. It arrived the next day beautifully packed and looked and felt good quality. Our plumber arrived and couldn’t get over how good the price was. He said the item was quality and easy to fit. The tap is performing brilliantly after nearly a month of being installed. Easy to fit, use and clean. The spray options are all very easy to operate and work well for different tasks . I have two small dogs that I wash at home and it’s brilliant for that, very dirty pans also benefit from a good spray to remove debris before going in the dishwasher. Would thoroughly recommend.

Fantastic product for a very good price. It also got delivered really quickly so a win-win on all counts. The versatility of way the water comes out the tap is a good feature. One of the options is good for washing fruit, veg and even crockery. Its modern and stylish and its equivalent in other places is much pricier. Very happy customer

Avoid at All Costs – Utter GarbageThis tap is nothing but cheap, poorly engineered junk. After professional installation, I noticed both pipes connected to the tap shaft were leaking. I uninstalled it, tightened the braided hoses—still leaked. Tried again with generous amounts of PTFE tape—still leaked. Removed it a third time only to discover the leak wasn’t from the hoses at all, but from inside the tap itself.Upon disassembling the valve, I was shocked by the sheer incompetence of its internal design. The plate housing the three mixing O-rings was visibly pitted and burned, making it impossible to form a proper seal. No amount of effort or material can fix what is essentially a design failure.This worthless product has cost me countless hours of frustration, multiple uninstallations, and the only current "solution" is a bucket under my sink to catch the constant dripping. Utterly disgraceful quality. Do not buy this garbage—you’ll regret it.

Easy fitment, works a treat.
Great faucet - easy install
I'm actually pleasantly surprised. I had a traditional Moen faucet that started leaking from the pull down hose. I did fix it as it is a very easy fix, but I bought this forious faucet as a backup. I decided to change the style for fun and install it anyway. Well... Really surprised of the quality. I think it looks great, feels sturdy and not cheap, so only time will tell how long it lasts. I contacted the company to confirm about their warranty and it's lifetime so technically it should last a long time.Overall once I removed the old faucet, the install itself took about 20 min. I had slight trouble removing and reinstalling the base washer/rubber ring/metal base but nothing difficult. Every product no matter how expensive has some sort of slight annoying things about them. TIP: to remove the washer/rubber ring/metal base with ease, ensure you remove the quick connect hose FIRST out of the way before proceeding. It is the most flexible hose, one it's out of the way it'll be easy to remove.Functionality: turns on smoothly, faucet turns side to side with no difficulty. The pull out hose goes in nicely into the holder. This faucet actually INCREASED the water flow/pressure. I really like it because it gets off the food off the plates faster, and also gets my hot and cold water temperature where I want it faster. Before I had to wait a long time until I would get my desired water temperature.The default water pattern is a stream. When you use the sprayer button to switch, if you leave it switched and turn off the water it'll automatically switch back to a stream. THIS is NORMAL in many models even in the popular brands. My Moen faucet used to do the exact same. Some may find it annoying, some may like it or be ok with it. I personally don't care.Lastly, this faucet has an actual pull out hose! Majority of models are just pull down without actually extending the water hosing. You are essential just stretching it. This one actually pulls out so you can extend it essentially anywhere in your sink!Overall: excellent. Time will tell how long it'll last. If I don't post any update to this review you can assume I still don't have any issues. However, I WILL post an update if anything happens.Pros:- easy install- looks great- better water flow (for me, comparing my old Moen Faucet)- pull out hose- lifetime warranty (contact then through Bolo, it's easy)Cons:- getting off the washer/metal base off the bottom during the install. Otherwise, it's a slight annoyance.

Beautiful, easy to install, I love it.I ordered chrome but received brushed stainless steel, was just going to keep it, but was missing some parts and they let me exchange, I love the chrome, so pretty, although the chrome was higher in cost, but well worth it. So pretty and works very nicely. Good water pressure. If your handle is not staying in holder just adjust your weight closer to the handle or sink top and it will stay nicely. Very easy to install, good directions, and just buy it!!Great deal for the price and quality of this faucet. I installed this on my own and you can too, very easy, getting the old faucet took longer than install and cleanup of this faucet. Did I say I love it?
