These plates are superb quality at a great price. They have a great feature that prevents the user from consuming too many calories, as around 35% of the food falls through the holes. Doesn't say if they're dishwasher safe though.

Top quality 10KG pair of barbell weights. Compatible with olympic bars. Perfect for your home gym.Only note to point out is that out of the box they are a bit greasy due likely to the release agent used in their production (allows for their easy removal from the mold). So I recommend using a warm damp microfibre cloth to give them a clean. Due to their excellent quality I'll be looking to buy more.

Great product, I have bunch of them and I'm happy with the quality overal. Also huge shout out to the PhysKcal company for fixing something that multi bilion complany like Bolo couldn't fix. Sheryl you are my hero. Definitely will buy more in the future as soon as I need some more weights.
