New baby hairs
I've used it for over a month and noticed new hairs growing on the top of my head! I thought it was breakage but my hairdresser told me no! there are new hairs, so I'm super happy about that
I didn't think this would work guys, but holy crap
I bought this collagen in the desperate hope that it would help with the joint pain I've been experiencing since suffering a lot of medically-related weight gain.It was a long shot as there wasn't good clinical data supporting use of collagen supplements for joint pain, but I made sure to get THIS collagen because it has collagen Type II, which is the kind that goes into your joints, instead of just Types I and III like most popular collagent supplements have since those have more cosmetic effects.And holy crap y'all. After using it daily for just a couple of weeks my knee pain is practically gone.It DOES taste like fish, which is probably why it has a lower customer review rating than the more popular collagen brands that don't have Type II collagen. But I don't care because I'm here to improve my joint pain, not just my hair and nails, and a slightly fishy-tasting coffee is a small price to pay for doing that. I just make sure to put sugar in my coffee or tea with it and the faint flavor doesn't bother me.

I have an assistance dog who dislikes pills but scoffs these chews and has helped my girl, much more energetic
Taste is ok, dissolves easily.
Initial thoughts: Just got this. Comes in a sturdy plastic container with a strong paper seal. I mixed it in 8 oz of hot tap water, and the fine powder dissolved very well. From other reviews, I was expecting a putrid taste, so I looked for a straw to place near the back of my mouth while drinking. Couldn't find one. I drank it like a typical glass of water. Much to my surprise, there was only a faint taste which was not at all unpleasant. I was left wondering what some other reviews were complaining about. Maybe my taste buds are not as sensitive, IDK, but it was fine for me. I got this specifically to help tendonitis since some studies have shown benefit combined with isometric exercises. Maybe it will help other things too (skin, hair, nails, joints). I don't expect immediate miraculous results, so I'll probably be using this for at least 3 months to see if I notice any effects.3.5-week update: I put this in my coffee each morning and hardly notice any taste. The directions are to use 2.5 tbls per serving. This comes out to 0.62 ounces. I use a food scale to measure it out. But, that is not enough to last for a full month which I want a container to do. I calculate that 2-1/4 tbls servings will last for a full month, which is 0.55 ounces, so that will be my daily dose. Just starting on my second container. No, I don't notice any dramatic changes but wasn't expecting any either. Positive benefits will most likely accumulate slowly over months. My tendons and knee joints do feel improved, but that could be due to increased activity too, so hard to say.
