I am no audiophile just to clarify so I'll use simple words.I've waited with reviev few weeks due to people complaining about charging problem but I didn't get it so here I am.I felt in love with them when I first tried them in shop and when I had all my refunds in place I bought them straight away.They are bassy - just what I was looking for. I wanted headphone which outplay all of those which are top in rankings and they do.They are similar to momentum 3 soundwise (loud, clear and with loads of juice) and they are much better than all the Sony's, Bose's, beats, etc. They are even better than bathys.Even though ANC is not the best it's still very good.They sit tight on head but not to tight. They are not getting loosed - they stay in size which you set.Design is up to your preference but for me they look outstanding. When you see them you'll know they are not market bought.I loved them.@Edit after 6 months on two pairs of PX8'S.Sound is still amazing and I love it but quality of a headphones is not there - you're paying ~600£ and not getting quality you'd expect. Leather on a headband is coming of after few months and it looks tragic. Had this problem in both pairs. I am not buying them anymore.

To preface all of the following - I wear glasses and have an odd shaped head. You'll see why this matters in a moment.I've been out of the audiophile game for a few years but after a recent windfall I fancied a nice set of ANC headphones and after a bit of lusting settled on the PX8.The sound this headset produce is genuinely impressive, the sound stage is broader than I expected though not airy.The bass and treble is very articulate and have genuinely revealed more to me in music I have listened to for years, including with my old DAC and Sennies I've used since my last thrust into Audiophilia.Using the B&W app I've dropped the Bass by -2dB and found this really brings the mids forward and balances the signature out to my ear.The 3D imaging is shocking at times, I have genuinely jumped thinking something is happening near me when something zips past in a song.In short - the audio is excellent, and I am very happy.So what's with the intro? Well, here's the thing. The sound stage shifts, to my ear. Odd statement, but sometimes it sounds like instead of the band being directly in-front they are playing off to the left or right, or the Treble and Bass are balanced but all the mids are subdued to one side so it sounds like a guitarist is sat way off to the side on a stool while all the other musicians are still ahead.It took me a while to figure this out. I initially thought it was an imbalance in the drivers, then I thought it was ear wax, maybe inconsistent voltage from the battery, dodgy amp in the headset??Nope, compression of the ear cups. Whichever side sounds thin, I tighten the headband and push the cup up against the ear and it goes away. I'd read before purchase that clamp was decent on these, and they feel solid on my head and sealed around my glasses, so I don't really understand what's going on here, but I found my fix and the issue is resolved.Having a weird head isnt cause for a loss of a star though, so what's that about? The ANC. I knew going in that this would not be market leading, I'd seen the reviews and knew there were better options for this, and while ANC was a prerequisite it was not the main priority - I just wanted a lovely sound with less of the crowd noise.That said, the ANC has some incredible blind spots, literally areas around me where it simply cancels nothing. If I stood in a crowd or a supermarket with my eyes closed I could not tell you what's going on to the front or to either side of me. Behind me, or at specific degrees to the forward left or right though, I can hear everything.It's really disappointing, and I've not heard anyone mention this before. This specific problem is the reason I've dropped a star. It's a jarring and intrusive fault.Any other problems? The app options are a bit basic, mentioned in reviews. The subdued and refined looks I feel are entirely ruined by the big silver branding on the cups, aware of before purchase and growing on me. Terrified of losing them? Predictable.4 Stars then. Well what can I say about the bowers & Wilkins px8’s; other than profusely foaming at the mouth. These headphones look stunning; after coming from the Bose 700’s which are a very good pair of headphones for the me the let down was the little rattle you get if you walk a bit fast. (Due to it being made of plastic) no such isssues with px8’s. The audio is bright and vibrant. Now I’m no audiophile I’m not going to bamboozle you with terminology and expert advice. But I like the soundstage. And the app is pretty decent. Might not offer much in the sense of the equaliser but it is good enough. I find these headphones great. Haven’t quite tested the battery yet. So not sure on the 30 hour battery life. Though i find most claims from headphones to be true and if not it’s not always far off. Now off course the big question can you justify paying such a price. This is the big one right? I myself found them worth it. The noise cancellation is decent (might not beat Sony) but they do a very good job. And yes there are cheaper decent headphones out there. The aforementioned bose 700’s which are a very good pair of headphones or the Sony m5’s. So this comes down to affordability. I myself would recommend these. You’ll be riding the Victoria line or Piccadilly line the envy of other passengers 😀 (or maybe not) hopefully I’ve been helpful. If I haven’t I apologise greatly.

Liebe Bolo-User,bitte lest euch meine Rezension bis zum Ende durch, es wäre dem Bowers & Wilkins PX8 absolut unfair gegenüber wenn jemand vorher aufhört zu lesen.Ich versuche wirklich eine objektive Bewertung dieses Kopfhörers hier darzulegen.Ich habe den PX8 drei Mal gekauft, ich möchte das am Anfang kurz erläutern, also bitte bis zum Ende lesen.Ich habe alle B&W PX8 von und über Bolo gekauft.Ich habe wohl 2 Mal jeweils ein Montagsmodell erwischt, aber ich gebe dem PX8 noch eine dritte Chance, und dies auch aus wirklich wohl überlegtem gutem Grund (Der Klang)!Den ersten PX8 habe ich am 16. Februar 2023 gekauft, nach etwas mehr als einem Jahr löste sich die Kunstlederummantelung auf dem Bügel, der Riss wurde mit jedem tragen immer Größer.Klanglich entsprach dieser PX8 in allem allen positiven Bewertungen und Beurteilungen der Fachpresse, mit anderen Worten klanglich einfach nur ein Genuss und saug..l!Ich habe Bolo im Dezember 2024 kontaktiert um eine Kulanzanfrage zu stellen, habe dabei erfahren, dass es 2 Jahre Garantie gibt.Also den PX8 zurückgeschickt und einen neuen bestellt.Die Rückgabe und neu Bestellung hat super geklappt, danke Bolo!Der neue PX8 hat im März angefangen auf dem linken Hörer bei Bass lastigen Stücken zu scheppern. Erst dachte ich, dass ich mir dies nur einbilde, aber meine Tochter hat das bestätigt.Mit zunehmender Nutzung des Kopfhörers wurde es deutlich schlimmer, für mich also wirklich genügend überprüft und am 13.05 Rücksendung beantragt und nach Bestätigung den PX8 noch einmal bestellt.Die Werte Leserin / Leser wird sich jetzt die Frage stellen, warum ich den Kopfhörer noch einmal bestellt habe.Der erste Mangel war ein Verarbeitungsproblem, der zweite ein Technikproblem, Fehler können passieren, also meine Hoffnung beim dritten Mal passt sowohl Verarbeitung als auch die Technik.Ich gebe dem Bowers & Wilkins PX8 die dritte Chance und das aus gutem Grund!Jetzt kommt meine eigentliche Rezension:Mein Testequipment ist ein Samsung Note 10+ welches meine gesamte Musik als FLAC- oder mp3-Dateien enthält. Das Note10+ überträgt via Bluetooth Musikdateien nur im aptx-Codec, die Qualität der übertragenen Musikdateien entsprechen somit nicht dem aktuell möglichen Qualitätsstandard.Meine Vergleich-Referenz ist das Note 10+ verbunden über USB-C mit dem ifi xDSD-Kopfhörerverstärker DAC, dieser wieder verbunden via 3,5mm Klinke mit einem Denon AH-D7200 Kopfhörer.Vermutlich wird zu Recht jeder HiFi- oder Highend-Fachmann anmerken, dass ich-schändlicher Wicht- doch Äpfel mit Birnen vergleiche.Der xDSD-Wandler sucht seines Gleichen und die Power des ifi treibt den Denon AH-D7200 in ganz andere SphärenDer Hype den es in der Fachwelt und hier in den Rezensionen bezüglich des Klangs des PX8 besteht, ja hier von mir bestätigt, der ist voll gerechtfertigt!Für einen Bluetooth-Kopfhörer sucht er wirklich die Konkurrenz und scheut sie nicht, so wie die Kombi aus ifi xDSD mit Denon AH-D7200 meine absolute HiFi-Referenz ist, so ist der Bower& Wilkins PX8 im Blauzahnsektor für mich Referenz!Ich höre bevorzugt Rock (AC/DC z.B.), Blues Rock (Eric Clapton z.B.), Southern Rock (Lynyrd Skynyrd z.B) aber auch Pop-Rock (Ulla Meinecke z.B) und noch einiges mehr.Ich habe noch einen Sennheiser MOMENTUM 4 und ziehe diesen zum Vergleich heran.Die Stärken des B&W PX8 sind der Tragekomfort, die Auflösung, die räumliche Darstellung und einfach beeindruckend die Klarheit der Höhen und völlig atemberaubend das Dynamikvermögen, da kommt subjektiv aus meiner Sicht kein anderer Kopfhörer in diesem Segment heran.Der PX8 ist da ähnlich gut wie mein Denon Ah-D7200 und das ist schon wirklich eine andere Liga!Beurteilung des Klangs!Die Bässe beim PX8 sind nicht ganz seine Stärke, jetzt wird es kompliziert, und doch bewältigt er sie besser als mein Blauzahnvergleich der MMENTUM 4.Mein MOENTUM 4 ist insgesamt etwas matschiger was die Bässe angeht, der B&W ist da viel knackiger, doch bei extremer Lautstärke neigt der PX8 dann eher dazu zu verzerren (Scheppern).Ich habe das getestet mit dem Rockpalastkonzert von Mojo Thunder aus der Bonner Harmonie vom 09.10.2024 (Crossroadsvestival Rockpalast), dies kann man in der Mediathek von 3sat schauen und bei Rockpalast WDR runterladen.Dies Konzert ist basslastig ausgesteuert rau und und alle Tracks neigen bei erhöhter Lautstärke zum Übersteuern, so weit so schlecht, es ist halt eine Liveaufnahme.Leider macht sich das beim PX8 von B&W schneller bemerkbar, da ist der MOMENTUM 4 von Sennheiser etwas dankbarer, aber auch er fängt an zu scheppern, wenn man nur genügend aufdreht.Die Bässe kommen allgemein beim MOMENTUM 4 von Sennheiser doch matschiger rüber, da kommt der PX8 einfach knackiger und trockener rüber.Das mein letzter PX8 defekt ist, ist mir genau bei diesem Konzert zum ersten Mal aufgefallen, der fing schon bei moderaten Lautstärken an zu scheppern und wenn ich aufgedreht habe war es nicht mehr zum Aushalten. :(Mit dem neuen PX8 ist im Moment alles gut! :), ganz im Gegenteil, je länger ich ihn höre umso besser wird er (Thema Kopfhörer oder Lautsprecher einspielen).Jetzt wollte ich es wirklich wissen und habe mir von Ulla Meinecke "Wenn schon nicht für immer, dann wenigsten für ewig" von 1983 ausgesucht, das ist wirklich ein Challengekiller, sowohl für Zuspielgeräte, als auch für Lautsprecher jeglicher Art ob nun Lautsprecher als auch Kopfhörer.Nicht umsonst wird diese CD/Platte immer wieder als Referenz von diversen Fachinstitutionen herangezogen (Zeitschriften/Onlineportale etc.).Schon der erste Titel "Nie wieder" fordert den Bass, hier kleine Vorteile für den MOMENTUM 4, aber der Drumstick auf dem Rand der Snaredrum, so knackig, so abgehackt, so hell, das schafft nur der PX8 unnachahmlich, da hinkt der MOMENTUM 4 Kilometer hinterer.Und jetzt die ultimative Herausforderung, der zweite Titel "Die Tänzerin", Dynamik pur, wer schafft hier das gerecht umzusetzen????Was soll ich sagen, mit dem PX8 sitze förmlich ich im Klavier, mit dem MOMENTUM 4 sitze ich im Publikum....ja das macht er gut, doch ich möchte lieber im Klavier sitzen, genauso die Stimme von Ulla, mag ich viel lieber mit dem Bowers & Wilkins PX8 hören, wenn sie absichtlich laut wird, wer das Album kennt, weiß was ich meine. Das gesamte Stück strotzt nur so von Dynamik und Glasklaren Höhen, da dreht der PX8 voll auf.Die Stimme von Ulla klingt einfach um Längen besser beim Bowers & Wilkins, als bei dem Sennheiser.Jetzt teste ich einen Klassiker schlecht hin bezüglich Gitarre und HiFi-Produkten, Dire Staits - Dire Straits. Wer schafft es wie das knallige anschlagen der Seiten von Knopflers Stratocaster eindrucksvoll darzustellen?Alleine schon der erste Titel "Down to the Waterline" zeigt, dass der PX8 das knallige anschlagen der Gitarrenseiten von Mark Knopfler unerreicht darstellt.Die Klarheit und Helligkeit der Töne das knallige ertönen der Seiten von Marks Fender stellt der PX8 in einer so klaren und hohen Weise dar, auch hier ist es dem Dynamikvermögen des PX8 geschuldet das war zu erwarten, da er bei der Tänzerin von Ulla Meinecke schon so geglänzt hat.Da kann der Sennheiser einfach nicht gegen anstinken.Ich habe jetzt mindestens 10 Mal -Sultans of Swing- von Minute 3:20 zu Minute 4:12 gehört, mit dem PX8 und dem MOMENTUM 4 immer wieder im Vergleich, beide sind wirklich gut und ihr Geld wert, doch der PX8 kann alle es einfach besser.Beim PX8 bin ich viel näher bei der Strat von Mark Knopfler, ich bin so kurz von den Pick-ups entfernt, der Sennheiser hat so viel mehr Abstand, der Bass ist beim PX8 viel knackiger, beim Sennheiser alles etwas matschiger!Ich höre meinen neuen PX8 wirklich sehr intensiv und er wird mit jedem Tag der Nutzung besser, ich hoffe er ist kein Montagsprodukt aus dem Hause Bowers & Wilkins.Tragekomfort:Beide Kopfhörer tragen sich gut, wobei subjektiv aus meiner Sicht der Sennheiser sich etwas leichter und luftiger anfühlt.Die Ohrmuschel des PX8 ist etwas kleiner und schließt sich daher fester und abschottender um mein Ohr. Ich höre deutlich weniger von der Umwelt, wenn ich den PX8 aufsetze im Gegensatz zum MOMENTUM 4, der sitzt leichter und die Ohrmuscheln sind deutlich größer.Alles relativiert sich, wenn beide Kopfhörer mit Musik bestückt werden.Beurteilung des Noise Cancelling:Es gibt eine App (Android (Music Bower & Wilkins) und Apfel), leider muss man einen Account bei B&W erstellen, bevor man mit der App vollumfänglich nutzen kann um alles am Kopfhörer zu steuern, ich empfehle das um alle Funktionen zu nutzen.Für den MOMENTUM 4 gibt es Sennheiser Smart Control für Android, auch hier empfehle ich die App aus denselben Gründen.PX8:App:Über die App kann ich Updates installieren.Über die App kann ich das Noise Cancelling zwischen "AN" und "Umgebung Durchgeschaltet" und "AUS" schalten.Über die App kann ich die Trageempfindlichleit einstellen zwischen niedrig, normal und hoch.Über die App kann ich einen 3 Band Equalizer (Höhen / Mitten / Tiefen) einstellen.Über die App kann ich die Taste am linken Kopfhörer bestimmen (Sprachassistent oder Umgebungsgeräuschkontrolle), ich habe letzteres geschaltet um das Noise Cancelling zu steuern.Kopfhörer:Der PX8 hat am linken Kopfhörer eine Taste zum Drücken, hier wird mit jedem drücken das Noisecancelling geschaltet.Der PX8 hat am Rechten Kopfhörer 4 Tasten in Reihe, die 3 unteren Tasten sind zum Drücken, der Abstand zu der obersten Taste ist etwas länger und die obere Taste ist nur zum Schieben nach oben, hier wird der Kopplungsmodus des Kopfhörers erwirkt.Die 3 Tasten unterhalb der obersten Taste sind zur Titelansteuerung und Steuerung der Lautstärke nötig (obere Taster = lauter), (untere Taste = leiser) und die mittlere Taste hat gleich mehrere Funktionen (1x Drücken = Pause, nochmal drücken = fortsetzen), (2x drücken = nächster Titel) und zuletzt (3x drücken = vorheriger Titel).Das alles ist, aus meiner subjektiven Sicht, doch sehr frickelig, ich bin immer lange am Fühlen um die richtige Taste zu treffen und liege oft doch daneben.Da ist der MOMEUM 4 deutlich nutzungsfreundlicher und moderner.Das Noise Cancelliing funktioniert sehr zufriedenstellend, Stufe "Noise Cancelling An" schirmt den Träger wirklich sehr vollständig ab von Umwelteinflüssen! Sehr gut!Die Stufe "Noise Cancelling Aus" ist so ein Zwischending, bei hoher Lautstärke der Musik, die man hört, kaum ein Unterschied zu "Noise Cancelling An"Um da sicher zu gehen ist die Stufe "Noise Cancelling Durchgeschalter" empfehlenswert, hier kommen die Umgebungsgeräusche am besten durch.Fazit:Der Bower & Wilkins PX8 hat seine Domäne eindeutig im Bereich HiFi, Klang, Dynamik, Volumen, Positionierung, und noch viel mehr, hier spielt er seine Stärken aus und sucht seines gleichen, da kann ihm einer das Wasser reichen.Nutzerfreundlichkeit, da haben der Sennheiser MOMENTUM 4 und gerade der Sony WH 1000 XM5 eindeutig die Nase vorne.Meine Tochter fährt oft mit der Bahn und Öffentlichen, da spielt ihr Sony eindeutig seine Stärken aus.Wenn ich mit öffentlichen unterwegs bin, dann trag ich den Sennheiser MOMENTUM 4, die Wischfunktionen und das Noise Cancelling überzeugen mich dort, doch wenn ich puren reinen Musikgenuss ohne Kabelsalat haben mag, zu Hause also fast immer, dann gibt es nur eine Antwort....Bowers & Wilkins PX8, da kommt einfach kein anderer kabelloser Kopfhörer gegen an.
Péssima fabricação, péssima venda e pós venda da Heinrich audio
The media could not be loaded. Headphone com bom som, mas que acaba não valendo nada devido a péssima fabricação e pior ainda sua garantia aqui no Brasil pela heinrich audio. A pior experiência que já tive na minha vida, e considerando que é um headphone premium, isso fica pior ainda. Enviei para a suposta garantia com caixa e todos os itens que acompanhavam, me devolveram cheio de risco, sem caixa, completamente sujo de cola barata e muito mal consertado, feito na hora e na pressa por algum irresponsável que só queria se livrar do problema. Problema, este é o adjetivo que você mais repetirá comprando com a heinrich audio e comprando um PX8 no Brasil.

If you are looking to listen to clear meds and instruments separation and listen to music with low volume like when you are on airplane, these headphones are not for you … the sound is muddy and even base is not clear but you will enjoy if you listen to hiphop or sub bass music only

I am no audiophile just to clarify so I'll use simple words.I've waited with reviev few weeks due to people complaining about charging problem but I didn't get it so here I am.I felt in love with them when I first tried them in shop and when I had all my refunds in place I bought them straight away.They are bassy - just what I was looking for. I wanted headphone which outplay all of those which are top in rankings and they do.They are similar to momentum 3 soundwise (loud, clear and with loads of juice) and they are much better than all the Sony's, Bose's, beats, etc. They are even better than bathys.Even though ANC is not the best it's still very good.They sit tight on head but not to tight. They are not getting loosed - they stay in size which you set.Design is up to your preference but for me they look outstanding. When you see them you'll know they are not market bought.I loved them.@Edit after 6 months on two pairs of PX8'S.Sound is still amazing and I love it but quality of a headphones is not there - you're paying ~600£ and not getting quality you'd expect. Leather on a headband is coming of after few months and it looks tragic. Had this problem in both pairs. I am not buying them anymore.

To preface all of the following - I wear glasses and have an odd shaped head. You'll see why this matters in a moment.I've been out of the audiophile game for a few years but after a recent windfall I fancied a nice set of ANC headphones and after a bit of lusting settled on the PX8.The sound this headset produce is genuinely impressive, the sound stage is broader than I expected though not airy.The bass and treble is very articulate and have genuinely revealed more to me in music I have listened to for years, including with my old DAC and Sennies I've used since my last thrust into Audiophilia.Using the B&W app I've dropped the Bass by -2dB and found this really brings the mids forward and balances the signature out to my ear.The 3D imaging is shocking at times, I have genuinely jumped thinking something is happening near me when something zips past in a song.In short - the audio is excellent, and I am very happy.So what's with the intro? Well, here's the thing. The sound stage shifts, to my ear. Odd statement, but sometimes it sounds like instead of the band being directly in-front they are playing off to the left or right, or the Treble and Bass are balanced but all the mids are subdued to one side so it sounds like a guitarist is sat way off to the side on a stool while all the other musicians are still ahead.It took me a while to figure this out. I initially thought it was an imbalance in the drivers, then I thought it was ear wax, maybe inconsistent voltage from the battery, dodgy amp in the headset??Nope, compression of the ear cups. Whichever side sounds thin, I tighten the headband and push the cup up against the ear and it goes away. I'd read before purchase that clamp was decent on these, and they feel solid on my head and sealed around my glasses, so I don't really understand what's going on here, but I found my fix and the issue is resolved.Having a weird head isnt cause for a loss of a star though, so what's that about? The ANC. I knew going in that this would not be market leading, I'd seen the reviews and knew there were better options for this, and while ANC was a prerequisite it was not the main priority - I just wanted a lovely sound with less of the crowd noise.That said, the ANC has some incredible blind spots, literally areas around me where it simply cancels nothing. If I stood in a crowd or a supermarket with my eyes closed I could not tell you what's going on to the front or to either side of me. Behind me, or at specific degrees to the forward left or right though, I can hear everything.It's really disappointing, and I've not heard anyone mention this before. This specific problem is the reason I've dropped a star. It's a jarring and intrusive fault.Any other problems? The app options are a bit basic, mentioned in reviews. The subdued and refined looks I feel are entirely ruined by the big silver branding on the cups, aware of before purchase and growing on me. Terrified of losing them? Predictable.4 Stars then. Well what can I say about the bowers & Wilkins px8’s; other than profusely foaming at the mouth. These headphones look stunning; after coming from the Bose 700’s which are a very good pair of headphones for the me the let down was the little rattle you get if you walk a bit fast. (Due to it being made of plastic) no such isssues with px8’s. The audio is bright and vibrant. Now I’m no audiophile I’m not going to bamboozle you with terminology and expert advice. But I like the soundstage. And the app is pretty decent. Might not offer much in the sense of the equaliser but it is good enough. I find these headphones great. Haven’t quite tested the battery yet. So not sure on the 30 hour battery life. Though i find most claims from headphones to be true and if not it’s not always far off. Now off course the big question can you justify paying such a price. This is the big one right? I myself found them worth it. The noise cancellation is decent (might not beat Sony) but they do a very good job. And yes there are cheaper decent headphones out there. The aforementioned bose 700’s which are a very good pair of headphones or the Sony m5’s. So this comes down to affordability. I myself would recommend these. You’ll be riding the Victoria line or Piccadilly line the envy of other passengers 😀 (or maybe not) hopefully I’ve been helpful. If I haven’t I apologise greatly.

Liebe Bolo-User,bitte lest euch meine Rezension bis zum Ende durch, es wäre dem Bowers & Wilkins PX8 absolut unfair gegenüber wenn jemand vorher aufhört zu lesen.Ich versuche wirklich eine objektive Bewertung dieses Kopfhörers hier darzulegen.Ich habe den PX8 drei Mal gekauft, ich möchte das am Anfang kurz erläutern, also bitte bis zum Ende lesen.Ich habe alle B&W PX8 von und über Bolo gekauft.Ich habe wohl 2 Mal jeweils ein Montagsmodell erwischt, aber ich gebe dem PX8 noch eine dritte Chance, und dies auch aus wirklich wohl überlegtem gutem Grund (Der Klang)!Den ersten PX8 habe ich am 16. Februar 2023 gekauft, nach etwas mehr als einem Jahr löste sich die Kunstlederummantelung auf dem Bügel, der Riss wurde mit jedem tragen immer Größer.Klanglich entsprach dieser PX8 in allem allen positiven Bewertungen und Beurteilungen der Fachpresse, mit anderen Worten klanglich einfach nur ein Genuss und saug..l!Ich habe Bolo im Dezember 2024 kontaktiert um eine Kulanzanfrage zu stellen, habe dabei erfahren, dass es 2 Jahre Garantie gibt.Also den PX8 zurückgeschickt und einen neuen bestellt.Die Rückgabe und neu Bestellung hat super geklappt, danke Bolo!Der neue PX8 hat im März angefangen auf dem linken Hörer bei Bass lastigen Stücken zu scheppern. Erst dachte ich, dass ich mir dies nur einbilde, aber meine Tochter hat das bestätigt.Mit zunehmender Nutzung des Kopfhörers wurde es deutlich schlimmer, für mich also wirklich genügend überprüft und am 13.05 Rücksendung beantragt und nach Bestätigung den PX8 noch einmal bestellt.Die Werte Leserin / Leser wird sich jetzt die Frage stellen, warum ich den Kopfhörer noch einmal bestellt habe.Der erste Mangel war ein Verarbeitungsproblem, der zweite ein Technikproblem, Fehler können passieren, also meine Hoffnung beim dritten Mal passt sowohl Verarbeitung als auch die Technik.Ich gebe dem Bowers & Wilkins PX8 die dritte Chance und das aus gutem Grund!Jetzt kommt meine eigentliche Rezension:Mein Testequipment ist ein Samsung Note 10+ welches meine gesamte Musik als FLAC- oder mp3-Dateien enthält. Das Note10+ überträgt via Bluetooth Musikdateien nur im aptx-Codec, die Qualität der übertragenen Musikdateien entsprechen somit nicht dem aktuell möglichen Qualitätsstandard.Meine Vergleich-Referenz ist das Note 10+ verbunden über USB-C mit dem ifi xDSD-Kopfhörerverstärker DAC, dieser wieder verbunden via 3,5mm Klinke mit einem Denon AH-D7200 Kopfhörer.Vermutlich wird zu Recht jeder HiFi- oder Highend-Fachmann anmerken, dass ich-schändlicher Wicht- doch Äpfel mit Birnen vergleiche.Der xDSD-Wandler sucht seines Gleichen und die Power des ifi treibt den Denon AH-D7200 in ganz andere SphärenDer Hype den es in der Fachwelt und hier in den Rezensionen bezüglich des Klangs des PX8 besteht, ja hier von mir bestätigt, der ist voll gerechtfertigt!Für einen Bluetooth-Kopfhörer sucht er wirklich die Konkurrenz und scheut sie nicht, so wie die Kombi aus ifi xDSD mit Denon AH-D7200 meine absolute HiFi-Referenz ist, so ist der Bower& Wilkins PX8 im Blauzahnsektor für mich Referenz!Ich höre bevorzugt Rock (AC/DC z.B.), Blues Rock (Eric Clapton z.B.), Southern Rock (Lynyrd Skynyrd z.B) aber auch Pop-Rock (Ulla Meinecke z.B) und noch einiges mehr.Ich habe noch einen Sennheiser MOMENTUM 4 und ziehe diesen zum Vergleich heran.Die Stärken des B&W PX8 sind der Tragekomfort, die Auflösung, die räumliche Darstellung und einfach beeindruckend die Klarheit der Höhen und völlig atemberaubend das Dynamikvermögen, da kommt subjektiv aus meiner Sicht kein anderer Kopfhörer in diesem Segment heran.Der PX8 ist da ähnlich gut wie mein Denon Ah-D7200 und das ist schon wirklich eine andere Liga!Beurteilung des Klangs!Die Bässe beim PX8 sind nicht ganz seine Stärke, jetzt wird es kompliziert, und doch bewältigt er sie besser als mein Blauzahnvergleich der MMENTUM 4.Mein MOENTUM 4 ist insgesamt etwas matschiger was die Bässe angeht, der B&W ist da viel knackiger, doch bei extremer Lautstärke neigt der PX8 dann eher dazu zu verzerren (Scheppern).Ich habe das getestet mit dem Rockpalastkonzert von Mojo Thunder aus der Bonner Harmonie vom 09.10.2024 (Crossroadsvestival Rockpalast), dies kann man in der Mediathek von 3sat schauen und bei Rockpalast WDR runterladen.Dies Konzert ist basslastig ausgesteuert rau und und alle Tracks neigen bei erhöhter Lautstärke zum Übersteuern, so weit so schlecht, es ist halt eine Liveaufnahme.Leider macht sich das beim PX8 von B&W schneller bemerkbar, da ist der MOMENTUM 4 von Sennheiser etwas dankbarer, aber auch er fängt an zu scheppern, wenn man nur genügend aufdreht.Die Bässe kommen allgemein beim MOMENTUM 4 von Sennheiser doch matschiger rüber, da kommt der PX8 einfach knackiger und trockener rüber.Das mein letzter PX8 defekt ist, ist mir genau bei diesem Konzert zum ersten Mal aufgefallen, der fing schon bei moderaten Lautstärken an zu scheppern und wenn ich aufgedreht habe war es nicht mehr zum Aushalten. :(Mit dem neuen PX8 ist im Moment alles gut! :), ganz im Gegenteil, je länger ich ihn höre umso besser wird er (Thema Kopfhörer oder Lautsprecher einspielen).Jetzt wollte ich es wirklich wissen und habe mir von Ulla Meinecke "Wenn schon nicht für immer, dann wenigsten für ewig" von 1983 ausgesucht, das ist wirklich ein Challengekiller, sowohl für Zuspielgeräte, als auch für Lautsprecher jeglicher Art ob nun Lautsprecher als auch Kopfhörer.Nicht umsonst wird diese CD/Platte immer wieder als Referenz von diversen Fachinstitutionen herangezogen (Zeitschriften/Onlineportale etc.).Schon der erste Titel "Nie wieder" fordert den Bass, hier kleine Vorteile für den MOMENTUM 4, aber der Drumstick auf dem Rand der Snaredrum, so knackig, so abgehackt, so hell, das schafft nur der PX8 unnachahmlich, da hinkt der MOMENTUM 4 Kilometer hinterer.Und jetzt die ultimative Herausforderung, der zweite Titel "Die Tänzerin", Dynamik pur, wer schafft hier das gerecht umzusetzen????Was soll ich sagen, mit dem PX8 sitze förmlich ich im Klavier, mit dem MOMENTUM 4 sitze ich im Publikum....ja das macht er gut, doch ich möchte lieber im Klavier sitzen, genauso die Stimme von Ulla, mag ich viel lieber mit dem Bowers & Wilkins PX8 hören, wenn sie absichtlich laut wird, wer das Album kennt, weiß was ich meine. Das gesamte Stück strotzt nur so von Dynamik und Glasklaren Höhen, da dreht der PX8 voll auf.Die Stimme von Ulla klingt einfach um Längen besser beim Bowers & Wilkins, als bei dem Sennheiser.Jetzt teste ich einen Klassiker schlecht hin bezüglich Gitarre und HiFi-Produkten, Dire Staits - Dire Straits. Wer schafft es wie das knallige anschlagen der Seiten von Knopflers Stratocaster eindrucksvoll darzustellen?Alleine schon der erste Titel "Down to the Waterline" zeigt, dass der PX8 das knallige anschlagen der Gitarrenseiten von Mark Knopfler unerreicht darstellt.Die Klarheit und Helligkeit der Töne das knallige ertönen der Seiten von Marks Fender stellt der PX8 in einer so klaren und hohen Weise dar, auch hier ist es dem Dynamikvermögen des PX8 geschuldet das war zu erwarten, da er bei der Tänzerin von Ulla Meinecke schon so geglänzt hat.Da kann der Sennheiser einfach nicht gegen anstinken.Ich habe jetzt mindestens 10 Mal -Sultans of Swing- von Minute 3:20 zu Minute 4:12 gehört, mit dem PX8 und dem MOMENTUM 4 immer wieder im Vergleich, beide sind wirklich gut und ihr Geld wert, doch der PX8 kann alle es einfach besser.Beim PX8 bin ich viel näher bei der Strat von Mark Knopfler, ich bin so kurz von den Pick-ups entfernt, der Sennheiser hat so viel mehr Abstand, der Bass ist beim PX8 viel knackiger, beim Sennheiser alles etwas matschiger!Ich höre meinen neuen PX8 wirklich sehr intensiv und er wird mit jedem Tag der Nutzung besser, ich hoffe er ist kein Montagsprodukt aus dem Hause Bowers & Wilkins.Tragekomfort:Beide Kopfhörer tragen sich gut, wobei subjektiv aus meiner Sicht der Sennheiser sich etwas leichter und luftiger anfühlt.Die Ohrmuschel des PX8 ist etwas kleiner und schließt sich daher fester und abschottender um mein Ohr. Ich höre deutlich weniger von der Umwelt, wenn ich den PX8 aufsetze im Gegensatz zum MOMENTUM 4, der sitzt leichter und die Ohrmuscheln sind deutlich größer.Alles relativiert sich, wenn beide Kopfhörer mit Musik bestückt werden.Beurteilung des Noise Cancelling:Es gibt eine App (Android (Music Bower & Wilkins) und Apfel), leider muss man einen Account bei B&W erstellen, bevor man mit der App vollumfänglich nutzen kann um alles am Kopfhörer zu steuern, ich empfehle das um alle Funktionen zu nutzen.Für den MOMENTUM 4 gibt es Sennheiser Smart Control für Android, auch hier empfehle ich die App aus denselben Gründen.PX8:App:Über die App kann ich Updates installieren.Über die App kann ich das Noise Cancelling zwischen "AN" und "Umgebung Durchgeschaltet" und "AUS" schalten.Über die App kann ich die Trageempfindlichleit einstellen zwischen niedrig, normal und hoch.Über die App kann ich einen 3 Band Equalizer (Höhen / Mitten / Tiefen) einstellen.Über die App kann ich die Taste am linken Kopfhörer bestimmen (Sprachassistent oder Umgebungsgeräuschkontrolle), ich habe letzteres geschaltet um das Noise Cancelling zu steuern.Kopfhörer:Der PX8 hat am linken Kopfhörer eine Taste zum Drücken, hier wird mit jedem drücken das Noisecancelling geschaltet.Der PX8 hat am Rechten Kopfhörer 4 Tasten in Reihe, die 3 unteren Tasten sind zum Drücken, der Abstand zu der obersten Taste ist etwas länger und die obere Taste ist nur zum Schieben nach oben, hier wird der Kopplungsmodus des Kopfhörers erwirkt.Die 3 Tasten unterhalb der obersten Taste sind zur Titelansteuerung und Steuerung der Lautstärke nötig (obere Taster = lauter), (untere Taste = leiser) und die mittlere Taste hat gleich mehrere Funktionen (1x Drücken = Pause, nochmal drücken = fortsetzen), (2x drücken = nächster Titel) und zuletzt (3x drücken = vorheriger Titel).Das alles ist, aus meiner subjektiven Sicht, doch sehr frickelig, ich bin immer lange am Fühlen um die richtige Taste zu treffen und liege oft doch daneben.Da ist der MOMEUM 4 deutlich nutzungsfreundlicher und moderner.Das Noise Cancelliing funktioniert sehr zufriedenstellend, Stufe "Noise Cancelling An" schirmt den Träger wirklich sehr vollständig ab von Umwelteinflüssen! Sehr gut!Die Stufe "Noise Cancelling Aus" ist so ein Zwischending, bei hoher Lautstärke der Musik, die man hört, kaum ein Unterschied zu "Noise Cancelling An"Um da sicher zu gehen ist die Stufe "Noise Cancelling Durchgeschalter" empfehlenswert, hier kommen die Umgebungsgeräusche am besten durch.Fazit:Der Bower & Wilkins PX8 hat seine Domäne eindeutig im Bereich HiFi, Klang, Dynamik, Volumen, Positionierung, und noch viel mehr, hier spielt er seine Stärken aus und sucht seines gleichen, da kann ihm einer das Wasser reichen.Nutzerfreundlichkeit, da haben der Sennheiser MOMENTUM 4 und gerade der Sony WH 1000 XM5 eindeutig die Nase vorne.Meine Tochter fährt oft mit der Bahn und Öffentlichen, da spielt ihr Sony eindeutig seine Stärken aus.Wenn ich mit öffentlichen unterwegs bin, dann trag ich den Sennheiser MOMENTUM 4, die Wischfunktionen und das Noise Cancelling überzeugen mich dort, doch wenn ich puren reinen Musikgenuss ohne Kabelsalat haben mag, zu Hause also fast immer, dann gibt es nur eine Antwort....Bowers & Wilkins PX8, da kommt einfach kein anderer kabelloser Kopfhörer gegen an.
Péssima fabricação, péssima venda e pós venda da Heinrich audio
The media could not be loaded. Headphone com bom som, mas que acaba não valendo nada devido a péssima fabricação e pior ainda sua garantia aqui no Brasil pela heinrich audio. A pior experiência que já tive na minha vida, e considerando que é um headphone premium, isso fica pior ainda. Enviei para a suposta garantia com caixa e todos os itens que acompanhavam, me devolveram cheio de risco, sem caixa, completamente sujo de cola barata e muito mal consertado, feito na hora e na pressa por algum irresponsável que só queria se livrar do problema. Problema, este é o adjetivo que você mais repetirá comprando com a heinrich audio e comprando um PX8 no Brasil.
Not as expected
If you are looking to listen to clear meds and instruments separation and listen to music with low volume like when you are on airplane, these headphones are not for you … the sound is muddy and even base is not clear but you will enjoy if you listen to hiphop or sub bass music only
