Good little fireplace/heater!
For the price point it does exactly what it needs to do - warm up my cold living room.It doesn't have a remote, so you stand up and turn it off.It doesn't have a thermostat, it wasn't even $400, if the room gets too hot, you turn it off.All-in-all a good little fireplace/heater. There was some minor damage to the BACK of the top... it's going against the wall behind a TV, so I don't care.The fire isn't super realistic... again it wasn't even $400 and if that had been really important I would have spent a lot more money.It was very straightforward to put together, it did take two of us two hours but we're ridiculous, and it was easier with two people.Would I recommend it? Yeah, it does it's job!

Not thrilled and not mad
I have mixed feelings about this purchase. I had purchased an earlier version of this furniture that was no longer available, so I decided to go for this since I really liked the fireplace in my previous piece; it looked very realistic. Unfortunately, the fireplace on this one does not look realistic like I expected from experience with my previous piece. The box did not hold up well on its journey. It was already partially busted open, and there were a few damaged pieces that were still noticable after putting it together. They made SOME improvements with the instructions. The beginning went smooth, but then as you went further along, not all the steps were clear with many opportunities for human error.One of the pieces was unlabeled, and two of the pieces when attached are not totally flush. It took a little over 2 hours to get just the wood pieces assembled. The composite used for the wood is very strong; however, the wood veneer chosen is very flimsy, which came in handy when I put in one of the boards in the wrong direction; I just pushed the screw in directly into the board without any starter hole.The heater works just as well as the earlier models. I can’t afford the quality I like, so ai appreciate what this item offers for the price but would not recommend if you can afford the strudier, cleaner, and more realistic fireplace/tv stands.
Concerningly questionable quality
It produces heat, and it looks OK. It's not pricey. If you're just buying it to never touch it, fine, but:- the locking mechanism (peg + turning disk thing) is like Ikea stuff, except the peg base doesn't screw in, just pushes in, and when it's "locked" in place the base of the pegs can still pull out and the board joints separate. The disks also get bent, one had a tip break right off, because the holes don't align right to make a properly-aligned peg-disk connection.- the manual tells you in underlined bold that the crappy paperboard that you nail on the back is integral to the structure, so do it properly. That's absurd. They tell you to align the lower panels of paperboard with the bottom edge of the bottom board, but if you do that, the top back strip is pushed out the top by a whole board's thickness. You have to overlap them, which the manual doesn't show.- the pilot holes for the long screws are on funny angles- The spacing of the verticals isn't even, so one side the shelves are loose, the other, they have to be forced in- the front of the top is a separate strip that extends off the top board by short, screwed-on metal plates. The screwholes aren't aligned well enough to make the plates square, but also this would be very easy to damage because it's not supported by anything else except at the ends. Plus, the slight lip isn't even thickness end-to-end.- one of the boards had a dent where there was no external damage in that spot on the box. The ends of the box were mangled, but that's UPS for you

Este es un hermoso y elegante mueble de TV su ensamblaje fue súper rápido y lo pude hacer yo misma y soy mujer las instrucciones fueron claras y precisas el color es hermoso muy feliz con este proveedor y con mi compra lo recomiendo 100% el transportista fue muy amable de dejar el paquete en la puerta de mi apartamento eso fue una gran sorpresa estaba preocupada de cómo llevaría ese paquete hasta mi apartamento si lo dejaban en el cuarto de buzón sabiendo que soy mujer pequeña y vivo sola, pero para mi sorpresa lo dejaron en la puerta de mi apartamento y eso me puso aún más feliz el paquete es súper pesado, pero fácil de armar y muy cuidadosamente empacado, lo recomiendo lo súper recomiendo si estás buscando algo hermoso y elegante no lo pienses más compra en este proveedor que es muy muy excelente
