Absolutely stunning electric fire. It looks fantastic, gives out loads of heat and the choice of colours is amazing. Incorporated into our media wall it has transformed our room - highly recommended.

So pleased I purchased this fire ,clear instructions and easy to install ,looks stunning and different realistic flame effects ,even sound of burning logs etc loads of colour effects and logs pebbles etc to choose from , highly recommend this fire

Amazing quality and finish. Heat output is OK, not as good as a radiator but a nice little blow.Very quiet and looks amazing inset into the wall.

The fire looks fab. I would have liked to had have it flush in the wall but there's a magnetic frame that fits onto the front so we were unable to, still it looks great. The reason for not giving 5 stars is firstly the mood lighting feature it advertises doesn't actually exist yet and will be available to buy as an add on when it is ready to go on sale, and secondly the remote control has so many different functions but it's not on the remote so you press buttons forever going through cycles until your happy with what you see !That aside, I would still recommend this fire.

The media could not be loaded. After a few weeks researching electric fires I opted for this one due to the number of 5* reviews! It was really helpful knowing what feedback was from other purchasers and photos/videos. It arrived in a few days and my builder confirmed my choice as he thought it looks really good quality and was easy to fit. I love the range and colour combinations. It gives the room a relaxing calm atmosphere. I didn’t want the logs in. They made it look like a Vivarium!! So it has crystals and coal effect chips. It’s quite a narrow fuel bed so those supplied were more than sufficient for the display. I’m thrilled with my purchase!! Would highly recommend

We were on the verge of spending 2.5k for a premium media fire, then thought we would give this a try. It's fantastic. Perhaps not as good as the super high end ones but for the price it's excellent. We've ended up buying a second smaller one for another room.
