My other half Cycles to work every day, 5 days a week and needs to have extra support as he gets Varicous veins and this can cause significant discomfort. So hes been having to wear briefs for years since his diagnosis. So when I heard about Boxer Briefs being a thing (dont judge me, I just thought they were fancy boxers) I decided to have a good look around and find a decent brand that would support him and stop the rubbing that comes with the stresses of cycling daily.After scouring the many, many listings on Bolo, I find the Step One brand of boxer briefs. They look alright and after looking into the description and reviews, seemed to suggest that they would be good for my other half and his specific needs.Now I was on the fence when I looked at the price. I honestly almost left it there at that point, not wanting to effectively waste a considerable amount of money on one pair of these things (I could buy multi-packs in supermarkets for less probably). There was the added risk of my particularly picky Fiancé who is not the easiest to convince to try something new. But, then I read that the company will accept a return on your first purchased pair if you are not happy with them, even if you have worn them!So I take the plunge and buy a pair, which are named Juicy Plums (giggles all round from me, I know I am an immature woman) and after they arrive I present them to HRH letting him know that he should at least try them because he has nothing to lose and that I’ll be able to get my money back if he doesn’t like them.He smirks at them but gives them a try. “They’re comfortable” he says. Good sign, but hes not ridden in them yet, so I tell him to give them a wear while cycling and so he does.Long story short: I have since brought 5 more pairs for him as he likes them so much and may have to consider throwing a lot of old briefs away.As a side note, you can wash these at 30 in your machine and can tumble dry them too. So far I haven’t seen any shrinkage or damage from any of the pairs I have brought.

I'm really impressed with these STEP ONE Men’s Trunks. They’re extremely comfortable, with a breathable material that keeps your boys cool all day. As a larger guy (6'5", 2XL), I often have trouble finding boxers that fit well, but these are spot on! They offer the right amount of stretch and support without feeling too tight. Overall, great quality and a perfect fit for anyone looking for comfort and durability. Highly recommend for fellow tall guys looking for reliable, comfortable underwear.

Everything’s biodegradable!No nasty plastics all nylon , even the packaging I think it’s genius, the shorts are soft bamboo and the packaging is cornstarch. Absolutely fantastic..

Step one is a very well known brand and best known for their lightweight breathable boxers/underwear for both men and women. They hold their shape well after multiple wears and washes, they have a nice stretchy waistband and panels on the inside of the leg: thigh area, that stops all sweatiness/chafing,etc.however after a few washes; “bobbles” of the material have started to form on the top area, it’s not uncomfortable or makes a difference to their function, they can be easily removed if absolutely necessary.

Step One underwear is the most comfortable underwear I ever owned.

A poor quality rendition of what once was
I hesitate to write many reviews on Bolo as most products are adequately scaled by the average of those left by others; this is not the case here. Buyer beware.I've heard about the Step One dominance for a long time - a perfect set for the kit that will keep the boys snug, avoid chaffing, and last for at least as long as their competitors. That last sell seems to now be entirely untrue.Yes - these are fantastic equipment in terms of function, at least for the first 7 wears and washes. I do not jest when I say I have worn these ONLY 7 times and washed them on a COLD CYCLE ONLY 7 TIMES and the posterior has already torn. This is in no way due to poor fitment or stretch - they were wonderful when working. But here we are; another day, another disappointment.Perhaps Step One can step up and take accountability for atrocious longevity that is beaten out by Kmart's Alpha brand, Bonds, Calvin Klein and the like, all of which I regularly wear and wash which have not suffered such damage until at least the 1.5-2 year mark of regular use.Two things are true here: i) these are the most comfortable and useful underwear I have worn, while they met their intended purpose; ii) do not purchase this atrocious product if you plan on wearing them for more than a few functions.Truly unacceptable. How hard is it to make a set of underwear. At this price, you're better off with quite literally any other premium brand.

Was a bit unsure about the price, but they’re definitely worth it, especially with the discount I got.Super comfy, don’t ride up, and the material feels great. Waistband’s a bit tighter than others, worked fine for me, but worth checking your size. First pair’s guaranteed anyway, so no stress.Bonus points for the eco-friendly packaging.
Great Fit
I already had one pair which I purchased to check out all the hype. So decided to get 3 more from Bolo at a great price. Look good feel great and really lite on comfortable.
