Fenugreek is one of the oldest and best superfoods to grace this planet.Methi powder/fenugreek seed powder is not just for cooking either. But this packet is out of date so I'll only be using it on my hair.Expiry date: April 24, therefore 1 star out of 5 - and I'm being kind.Nothing edible should be available if it is out of date whether the customer is a Vine Voice who is testing the product to review or a paying customer who relies on reviews before purchasing a product.

Leider kann ich das noch nicht bestätigen, da es Zeit braucht, um die langfristigen Ergebnisse zu sehen.Was ich jedoch sagen kann, ist, dass das Pulver sich gut in meine Haarseifen einarbeiten lässt und eine natürliche Pflegekomponente darstellt. Es verleiht den Seifen eine gewisse Textur und macht das Haarewaschen zu einem angenehmen Erlebnis.
It's a lot of spice in this pouch! Smells and tastes good.
I'm looking forward to adding this spice to our next batch of curry here, the smell (aroma?) of the powder is good and taste is interesting. Surprisingly the only use suggestions on the pouch are for use as a hair treatment or hair-loss prevention treatment, nothing dietary or menu based at all... Compared to many spices, it's a big pouch with a lot of product in it. My bag came with an expiration date of well over a year from now so that's good since it'll take a lot of cooking to use it up. All in all seems like a good value considering the quantity of the pouch.

Ich habe dieses Pulver hauptsächlich für meine Haare und meine Hautpflege verwendet. Und tatsächlich habe ich eine gewisse Wirkung festgestellt. Was mir positiv aufgefallen ist, dass es sich um ein Naturprodukt handelt. Es lässt sich für die indische Küche vielseitig einsetzen. Die Verpackung ist sehr groß und das Produkt scheint von guter Qualität zu sein.Allerdings habe ich mir doch etwas mehr versprochen, besonders in Bezug auf das Haarwachstum. Es ist natürlich möglich, dass dies von Person zu Person variiert. Ich hätte mir zudem eine klarere Anleitung zur Anwendung gewünscht, um vielleicht noch optimalere Ergebnisse zu erzielen.
