Not sleepy after eating sweets
Update: 30 days into it. About 2 weeks ago I started taking 2 tsp daily, one upon wakeup and b4 bed. I have seen inches leave my stomach. I can bend over now and touch my toes. Karela is a keeper for me.Been taking half teaspoon twice a day now for about a month. What I notice is that i dont want anything sweet anymore, but if I do eat something sweet, I don't have the usual crash and sleepy feeling afterwards. I also notice that I fill up faster and am no longer part of the "clean plate club".
