This powder is highly concentrated, finely grounded and dissolves very well. I am using half spoon once a day and It does help me with the control of my sugar levels. Overall, great product. very effective and I would definitely buy this again.

Got this as my wife is on a health kick its agood size packet and is very good value for money this has had avery good review as it has avery good mixture of good health intake for the body and after about 2 weeks using this my wife is seeing the difference and can feel the difference in her skin quality so she is definitely buying this again on the plus side this has no nasty taste after drinking it and is very easy to proper this

Je verrai à la fin du paquet si le régime suffisait, ou si ce produit reste nécessaire. En attendant, pour moi, c'est efficace
Not sleepy after eating sweets
Update: 30 days into it. About 2 weeks ago I started taking 2 tsp daily, one upon wakeup and b4 bed. I have seen inches leave my stomach. I can bend over now and touch my toes. Karela is a keeper for me.Been taking half teaspoon twice a day now for about a month. What I notice is that i dont want anything sweet anymore, but if I do eat something sweet, I don't have the usual crash and sleepy feeling afterwards. I also notice that I fill up faster and am no longer part of the "clean plate club".
