The sound quality is reasonable for a product of this size and the volume level can be very loud if you wish. It appears to be very well made. It is very easy to use. I purchased this for my wife and she thinks it is fantastic. The FM radio is extremely clear with no external antenna required. I put 300 mp3 files (192) in a folder on a USB memory stick and it plays them with no hesitation. It has the ability to play tracks in order or shuffle them and play random tracks. The CD door only opens when the player is in CD mode. There is no vibration from the CD door. The only issue I had was getting the remote control to work. I had to take the batteries out and back in 3 times before it would work. For a product at this price, it is exceptionally good. Don't look at similar products. It comes with a 1 year warranty and lifetime support.

A terrific C D player, compsct, easy to use and excellent tone. Even the price was good and I shall be ordering a second one for myself as the first one was a gift for a friend. What more could anyone want.

We wanted a CD player for the car, as cars no longer have CD players. We bought two one for the house and one for the car. The CD player charges from the USB socket in the car as well as five hours of charge in the battery.Brilliant product, compact size and good level of volume.

We are so impressed with this little gadget. Most CDs are now played through the DVD player to the television. But if I want to listen in another part of the house if I'm ironing or in the kitchen? It means that I can take this lightweight cordless player with me instead of having to have the music blasting through the house & that means no one else can do their own thing. Also our new car doesn't have a cd player it only plays music off my iphone. So this little gadget connects to the car & I can listen to my CDs music & even download on to my iPhone. The quality of sound is great for the price. So I can play my CDs elsewhere as we got rid of our cd/tape deck a few years ago & of course in hindsight we shouldn't have. But yes a this is great item for the money.

For the price the sound quality is very good. The only downside to the player is there is no display to indicate whether the battery has charged/charging or how much power is left

Great little unit. Time will tell if the mechanics last as long especially for the price paid. Worth the purchase.

I'm very happy with the unit. It has a great feature set, at a very reasonable price. Before I review the unit itself, however, I must give a shout-out to Ivy, the Gracioso customer service rep who resolved an issue I had with a defective unit. She was responsive and articulate, and she arranged quick delivery of a replacement unit. I didn't even have to box up the defective unit and ship it to them. That's as hassle-free a return as you can expect. Ivy worked my case until she confirmed that I'd received the unit and that it was working to my satisfaction.Why I like this unit:• It's rechargeable, so it doesn't need to be continuously plugged into power. That makes it perfect for playing CDs in the car. The description on Bolo gives conflicting information on how long a freshly charged battery will play: it's either 5 or 10 hours.• The Bolo description says it takes 6 hours to charge. Fortunately, you can use the player while it's charging. The charging cable is USB-A to USB-C, which is becoming the standard these days. The instructions don't indicate how you'll know when the unit has charged fully. It seems to me that a red LED next to the charging port means the unit is charging. When that LED turns off, charging is complete.• It has "two-way" Bluetooth, meaning that the unit can transmit and receive Bluetooth. I was able to transmit a Bluetooth signal to an external speaker. And when I turned off the external speaker, the unit's speakers took over. No Bluetooth fussing-about.• The unit can receive FM radio, and reception is good. The preset stations are determined by a scan of all local FM stations. As far as I have been able to determine, you can't set the presets that you want. The manual doesn't document it, but there is way you can run through the preset FM stations, using the dandy remote control: There are two buttons "northwest" and "northeast" of the central control button. Their arrows are for navigating the FM presets: the left-pointing arrow takes you down the preset FM frequencies; the right-pointing arrow takes you up through the preset FM frequencies. That would be a more useful feature if you could determine which stations you want to preset; that would let you scroll through a half-dozen or so stations, rather than, say, 30. But I didn't buy this unit because it receives FM; so my 5-star rating remains.• The sound quality is strong.• Although the unit plays mp3 files via its USB port, it doesn't play them in the order I expected: i.e., the playback order is not by file name, song title, or track number. Apparently, it plays back files in the order in which Windows copied them to the flash drive -- and Windows copies files in its own peculiar order. That means you can't rely on simply selecting all mp3 files in a PC's folder and dragging them to your flash drive; Windows will copy them in whatever order it chooses. The most efficient workaround is to click the first file you want to copy to a flash drive, and hold down the Ctrl key while you click the rest of the files that you want to copy (in playback order) to your flash drive. Then drag those files to your flash drive. Or you can copy the files, one-by-one and in playback order, to your flash drive.Unlike another, similarly-priced player I own, this Gracioso unit's USB player will pick up USB playback from where it was when you turned off the unit. That's particularly handy if you're listening to a book.Thanks again, Ivy. I'm very pleased with your service and with this unit.
