No7 0.3% Pure Retinol Night Concentrate is created with a combination of two of the most powerful age-defying technologies, Matrixyl 3000+ and 0.3% Pure Retinol. No7s next generation Retinol is expertly formulated to harness the power of retinol, giving great results whilst minimising irritation. Unlock your skin’s potential. This concentrate can be used as the first stage of your evening age-defying regime. Step 1 - Apply 2/3 pumps evenly onto a cleansed face avoiding the eye, outer eye and lip area (Allow the product to completely absorb into the skin) Step 2 – Follow with your chosen No7 Age-defying Serum applying to your face and neck Step 3 – Pat on your No7 Eye Cream gently around the eye area Step 4 – Finish with your No7 Night Cream applying to your face and neck in an upward motion Top Tips: Limit initial use to once or twice a week on non-consecutive nights, gradually increasing frequency to every other night, then every night as tolerated. As a guide, it will normally take at least 4 weeks to reach nightly use. Like the way my skin feels and looks after using it for a while now

You should start with this 0.3% if new to retinol. I tried using a moisturiser barrier to start and felt nothing so then moved on to neat and felt nothing however a few days in I felt a light stinging which I was actually glad to know it was working. I am a few weeks in and it no longer stings and I had some very light peeling. This is a great starter retinol.

They sent the wrong product
I ordered the face retinol 0.3% but I received the hand cream version, that explains the consumers having issues with the product, please make sure you don't put the hand clean on your face it will cause serious burns as its already too concentrated for hands so it will badly effect your face, thank you.
