The media could not be loaded. First of all, let's be honest here....Magic pills diet pills do not exist. But I decided to try this product to support my low-carb (keto) diet. I lost a LOT of weight in the past with the low-carb diet, but gained it all back after several years. I am back on the mission to get back to a healthier me again. I saw these, and since the ingredients are all natural and I am familiar with them, I thought I would give it a shot.I have taken them for about a week, and so far I am impressed. They improved my energy level quite a bit, but without that jittery feeling side effect. I also noticed I have dropped a little bit of weight even though I have slacked off of my work outs for the past several days. I am excited about seeing how well they work once I start my daily work-outs again tomorrow.Can't say anything about appetite suppression, mostly because of the Atkins effect. If you have never been heavy and tried to lose weight with low-carb diet, the "Atkins effect" is simply what happens when your body switches to fat burning for energy with the low-carb diet. Your appetite is naturally suppressed because your body has enough reserve fuels.Here is my assessment of this product:✔️They increased my energy levels, and seem to be aiding in fat burning as well.✔️Zero stomach upset; I took them on an empty stomach today to make sure. In fact, no side effects at all that I have noticed. Other products I have tried gave me a mild headache, but I haven't had that issue with these at all.✔️No off-putting smell or taste.I can easily (and confidently) recommend these. In fact, I will definitely buy another bottle!

Not the best MCT oil mix for Keto diet but did do something, my heart beats a bit with this, not as much as some other MCT oil I've tried but this also has guarana and green tea extract they are rather low for 1 tablet, but guarana is a slow release caffeine it does give me a little energy over long periods of time, but not as much as my pre-workouts I use for gym.Its okay though decent in fact, the ingredients compliment each other for fat burning and keeps cravings mostly away, and thus decent for keto diets on an intermittent fasting plan. I've used higher doses of MCT oil and Green tea though. Your supposed to take 1 to 2 of these per day with water, best on an empty stomach because that is when your ready for ketosis when your body relies on burning fat for fuel, the MCT oil should suffice for fat burning.I take 2 together in the morning on empty stomach with water, and it helped me a little take craving off food, for my 1 meal a day intermittent fasting keto plan with fasting the ultimate plan in the world to burning fat and promoting autophagy. This has 120 capsules as well which is decent for 9 quid.Fun fact the chromium in this is what helped me the most to not get food craving, and seeing as how ketones created from keto diet your body prefers and this is what gives you real true energy not carbs.

Medium-Chain Triglyceride (MCT) promotes the peptide YY and lepitin; two hormones which helps you feel full as proven in peer reviewed journals found on Pubmed. Making this a good choice for fatty acids which most people don't get enough of. It is known to also known to promote ketosis hence the name of choice: Keto Max.Natural Caffeine is obtained from Guarana in a moderate amount as well tho it is recommended only to have in the morning especially if you are sensitive to Caffeine.Green Tea, very self explanatory ingredient, an excellent antioxidant.L-Carnitine also proven on peer reviewed articles to promote the energy transportation of fat.Also includes other key vitamins and minerals which is also found in other proven fat burners.Would recommend, comes at a decent price too!

Opened up to find a lot of damaged capsules in the tub, I have started the course with what was left undamaged as it was still sealed and clearly a transit or production problem in which they just came apart as the bottom of the tub had all the capsules contents in a pile, they definitely need to be put together tighter in future to stop this from happening as at least 10 capsules are wasted from my tub
