i take these tabs everyday with a glass of water or juice but doesn't help with the slightly bitter taste . its the only slight negative i have . would have been better with a shell coating like a tic tac .

So the description states this is a:-Immune max with vitamin C Zinc 15mg vitamin D3 2000IU multivitamin for men & women immune booster strong bones teeth. 180 vegan & vegetarian tablets made in the UK.After having covid a few months back and still having long covid to go with other illnesses I have anything to help my immune system I'm going to try.This bottle gives you a six month supply of multivitamins with the extra Zinc, Vit.C, Vit D3 etc .. Immune Max with Vitamin C Zinc 15mg Vitamin D3 2000IU from MAX VITA MAXIMUM VITALITYIt comes in a plastic bottle, appropriately sealed and protected from contamination. The batch number and expiry/used label stickers are on the bottom. It could have been better tho if it was printed on the box as the stickers are easy to remove. Each uncoated tablet is about 1cm, so it is not challenging for most people to swallow, considering it must be taken once a day. But since it is uncoated, it might be difficult to swallow if you have a sore throat or flu. It has no foul odor or aftertaste.I'm not a healthcare expert, so I rely on reliable websites, such as the NHS or my GP, to get information about this kind of supplement. But according to a known health and lifestyle website, the dosage is within the RDA.No adverse effects on me after taking it for more than two weeks.Recommendable.

The description says easy to swallow but it’s not. And it’s not due to the size (it’s small) but the texture. Something about it makes it get stuck in your throat.I recommend dissolving it in your mouth instead. It’s not terribly unpleasant just sour. Beats swallowing it.

Great value. 6 months supply at one a day. Tablets are easy to swallow. I like multi vitamins as it is an easy and convenient way to take a good dose of essential or recommended vitamins and minerals. Do they work? Who knows? I do think they do because since I started taking them a few years back, I have had fewer colds etc. I will keep taking them. These are good.
