However, we bought 2 of them and the screw that holds the bar for the lamp is constantly coming loose and causing the lamp to tilt one way or the other. Secondly, the grease filter part in the tray is extremely sharp! We have to clean it every day and we all agree it’s excessively sharp.

    The media could not be loaded. Broken and bent,also the on and off switch does not work. This item has multiple scratches on pan and the tray! very disappointing!!! I paid for a new warmer and I got an used one!!!!
