Great delivery, great product, teeth fell extremely clean. This is a replacement upgrade to my current oral B pro toothbrush. Worth the money.

This toothbrush was an upgrade from my old oral b. I was sceptical there would be much difference but boy, was I wrong. This toothbrushes gives an amazing clean, right from the get go, there was an amazing difference.My teeth were sparkling with little need for the interdental brushes, that I also had to use with my old electric oral b. Lovely case which also doubles as a charging base. All leads in the box for both case charging or base charging. Excellent piece of kit. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing toothbrush. Yes it is an investment but my teeth have never felt so clean and my gums don't bleed. Upgraded from a plain Oral-B that I had used for almost 10 years.Love the appLet's see what my hygienist says next week!

EDIT NO. 2 - so, I have to retract SOME of my previous review. The app is not brilliant BUT at least I’ve managed a better ‘score’ for brushing coverage - I’m now up to 64% from 7% and the reason ……. you have to have your phone standing up at an angle that would video your face (who’d have thought, doh me!), that or hold the phone in your hand which would be sub-optimal. It still gives a bit of a dodgy score saying I’ve not covered all my teeth but I’m 99% sure I have. The brush handle and head themselves are great - they leave my teeth feeling super clean, out of the dentist fresh!!So, would I recommend this toothbrush - not for the app (if that’s what really is swaying you to buy this) but for the brush and head themselves, then yes - they feel premium quality.Do I think it’s good value - well, bearing in mind it’s supposedly half price at the moment, even now, not really - I’d put the value at closer to upper £100 not £250 which is what I paid for it - their retail price, I believe, is £499 and there’s no way I’d pay that amount.EDIT: so I've had this toothbrush for a few days now and it will just not sync correctly with the app insofar as it cannot, for some reason, track accurately my brushing and reports between 4 & 7% coverage when I have cleaned all my teeth, back, front and on the biting teeth! Also, the battery life is not particularly good – I've had it a few days and already it's at 50% yet I thought the battery was meant to last around 2 weeks or more. Also, the toothbrush handle and brush head are quite big so you really have to open your mouth wide to get the brush to the back of your mouth and I can see the brush handle and brush head getting gunked up rather easily if you don't clean both properly, separately. I will persevere for a few days but this may be going back which is a real shame as, that's fine, it is really only the Braun Oral-B app that is letting it down - it seems that the accelerometer in the toothbrush handle cannot detect properly where it is but perhaps I have been unlucky and have possibly received a lemon!Not sure about this one. Whilst it seems to brush well (it both oscillates and vibrates like a sonic toothbrush), the app that you link the toothbrush to isn't particularly accurate and cannot tell where the toothbrush is in your mouth as it keeps telling me that I've missed bits which I haven't! I will give it a couple of weeks and see how it goes.

Oral-B have taken electric toothbrush performance to another level with the i09 - I doubt that there is'nt anything better on the market at this moment.

I bought this 28 March 2023. By September it failed to hold a charge for more than 2-4 days. It shows as 100% charged and, even when it’s 95% charged in the morning it’s flat as a pancake by bedtime. This had occurred for a few weeks. Irritating there’s not indication to charge before it goes flat. I’ve tried leaving it upright and horizontal but to no avail. The online “help” is designed to stop people using it. The details required from the bottom of the handle (tiny font inscribed onto stainless steel) are probably discriminatory against anyone with other than 20/20 eyesight. Impossible to read unless standing in bright daylight. Don’t bother to purchase. I’ve completed one form, which I thought would organise a return and repair but received an acknowledgement email that contains a link to go over the same process again. Appalling. Don’t bother buying this model.
