15mg daily has been trialled as co-therapy in depression and it’s good to be finally able to get this dose in single capsule form. Has done me a lot of good psychologically during a tough few years.

I cant take this every day as it makes me feel unwell. I dont know if its got something to do with the one-carbon cycle where some people (scientists) claim we can make formaldehyde from Folates (veg or supplements), serine and something else I dont recall at this moment, or not. These scientists reckon we can make up to 50grams of formaldehyde in our bodies naturally and I happen to know its one of the few things if not the only thing which kills Anthrax Bacillus bacteria which can lie dormant in the body. Formalin an aqueous solution form of formaldehyde is include in some shampoos in some parts of the world, because as a bacteria in the body its extremely resilient, you can find Bacillus on Mars, asteriods and in highly radioactive environments and like nearly all bacteria's can lie dormant as biofilms parasitically feeding off of us, which could explain one of the reasons for the presence of the one-carbon cycle in mammals. So this might work for some people living in some parts of the world or in some occupations that handle livestock and other animals and thus have an increased risk of being exposed to anthrax routinely in todays antibiotic resistant world. Folic Acid, a precursor to folates, used to be prescribed in amounts upto 20mg (milligrams) a day up until the start of the 1970's when it was drastically reduced to 400ug (micrograms) a day for a couple of reasons, unmetabolised folic acid circulated the body which was/is thought to be harmful at milligram amounts, and it also masked a vitamin B12 deficiency, B12 being a cobalt metal derivative, and there is a theory, because so many "experts" have theories which change with new scientific discoveries, that a B12 deficiency was/is more important than a folate deficiency.Anyway this might work for you, or not, all I can say is give it a go and see if it works for you.

Methyl folate helps offset US mandated crop spraying of 'folic acid' which is a man-made chemical made in labs. It does a great job reducing my 'racing mind' making me feel calmer w/ less anxiety and improved sleep. Folic acid is vlaimed to prevent birth defects which is great but still scratching my head why its sprayed on all US grain crops for all to ingest. I'm very thankful for companies that manufacture methyl folate to make us healthier, more relaxed and have calmer state of minds.
