So I am quite fussy with what trainer is best for each type of activity. There is no doubt that Brooks Ghost 14 are extremely comfy out of the box. They fit true to size, I am usually a size 6-6.5 in day shoes, and as I wanted these for running and walking, I bought size 7.5 which leaves about 3/4 of thumb width between top of big toe and end of the shoe… ideal for running and ok for walking.The trainers haven’t rubbed anywhere and fit perfectly (for me). I have standard to wide-ish feet, and I have no issue with the width of these.They are nice and cushioned without being unstable. They are not super bouncy, just nicely cushioned and not too squishy.The mesh upper seems to provide support for my foot without being restrictive, again another bonus.I am a neutral runner with one foot very slightly over pronating… these have been fine to run in as they support the foot nicely without being support shoes.They are definitely not speed shoes, more like a comfy everyday road running shoe. The grip is pretty good even in wet weather.I think these would be good for any neutral road runner, beginner or expert. I am a forefoot striker and they have enough cushioning in the forefoot area for me. Ghost 14s seem to be good for all runners.. heel, mid foot and forefoot strikers. Very versatile running shoe. Pretty impressive for Brooks to cover all runners.They have a 12mm heel to toe drop, which for me, prevents back ache when walking or standing for a long time… a weakness of mine.I can walk for miles in them as they are super comfy and my feet do not get too hot in them. There doesn’t seem to be much difference between Ghost 14 and Ghost 15, so you could save yourself a few quid and get the 14’s.I owned a pair of Brooks before and they lasted ages, so Brooks do make really good products, I hope these also last as I love them.

Ive m had Asics Gel kayano running shoes for years, and recently switched to Saucony Omni 22’s, which was a massive mistake - they were awful!! Someone suggested trying Brooks Adrenaline, and am i glad i did!I put these on and just knew straight away I was going to like running in them! I done a brief treadmill run in these and I absolutely love them! Comfy, light and stable. Im chuffed to bits with these trainers and will definitely be ordering another pair for spare (although directly via startfitness as they are cheaper there) I also received a free pair of cushioned running socks, which was an added bonus!Highly recommend these trainers and the seller!! Great service and fast delivery.

Comfortable straight away. Great arch support. I have narrow heels, but like room for my toes (triangle.shaped feet). I also like good grip. These meet.these requirements really well. I have a very sore achilles heel and my current trainers and walking shoes irritate it as the heel cuff rubs and digs as its a bit swollen. I walked 2.5 miles in these with very little irritation - minor rubbing on the heel cuff which didnt blister. I checked the actual Brookes website for size info - they have a calculator. Im usually a size 5, so chose size 6 and they fit really well. Im really.hoping that with these trainers i can start running short distances again.

I’ve been looking for a replacement to my Ariel 18’s. The Ariel 20 in the same size for some reason was a slight pinch on my big toe. Anyway, I put up with it but it was time for a change. I decided on the Adrenaline GTS because the reviews for support seemed be good for my flat feet. I went up 1/2 size this time and that’s made the world of difference. Walked 13km yesterday, off for another walk today and feet are feeling great. Good cushioning and very sturdy under foot. I don’t run so can’t comment on what running would be like but for walking they do feel great. I think the 23’s have even better cushioning so would have bought those but these were affordable (just) the 23’s were too expensive.
