Love these yeast flakes. Much better value for money than the usual supermarket flakes in a small tub. As a vegetarian I use it in soups, stews, pasta dishes, scrambled tofu, etc. Pretty much in most savoury recipes to deepen the umami flavour. It is also a great healthier alternative to bouillon cubes in recipes. I add couple of spoons to the water whilst making couscous or re-hydrating soya protein chunks. Super versatile, last for ages and the packaging makes it easy to use and re-seal for freshness. Vegans, be mindful as this product is not fortified with B12, only B6.

Okay, I read the bad reviews for this product (I always do, start with the bad ones and work my way from there) and was a little bit apprehensive about buying it. Omg, the cheesiness! I want you to imagine me with a spoon eating it right from the bag. I have been buying Eagenvita for years now, but the cheesy flavour of this one is phenomenal. Highly recommend it. And it is cheaper than EagenVita as well. All of the noms.
