Really good. I’ve come of my sleeping tablets they’re that good. Love the taste also. But only complaint is the lid!! I did some fighting to get it off so now I’ve them in another jar as I’ve no kids at home I don’t need to be as careful.

We usually use CBD oil with a dropper and weren't sure how well these would work. But they actually work really well. They're much easier to use than CBD oil, and the flavour is much better – there's a little hint of CBD in the aftertaste, but not nearly as much as CBD oil. And they really do seem to relax me before I go to bed. It takes about 20 minutes to half an hour and I'm really sleepy. I don't feel groggy the next morning too. Dosage is easy - unlike a dropper, you take one gummy and that's it. Sometimes I cut them in half if I don't want to take too much, and that's easy too. There aren't any real downsides, but you need to remember to let the gummy dissolve slowly to get the best effect – don't just eat it like a sweet.

Let’s talk about the lid first!This is meant to be a child proof lid but it was actually adult proof as well! It was an absolute NIGHTMARE to get it off and it hurt my wrist & hand so I ended up having to place it on its side on the floor and hit the side of the lid with a hammer, which did the job! I’ve noticed in the reviews that other people have had the same issue so I think whoever makes this product needs to take note and change the lid! I replaced the container!The taste….The gummy‘s do have a pretty nasty aftertaste which is left in your mouth for a while afterwards, it’s a chemical taste. I don’t see why they need to be covered in sugar either.With regards to the effect…I can’t really say I’ve noticed any difference after taking these and I am quite sensitive to medications & foods. I took the recommended 2 gummies. I have Fibromyalgia & Migraines and wanted to try these to see if they might help in some way. Definitely seems to work well for calming purposes. A common theme that people mention is the aftertaste. It does have a fairly medicinal aftertaste, the best and most accurate way to describe it is if you hold a paracetamol in your mouth a little bit too long before swallowing and you get a mild bitterness. Not horrendous, but could use some tweaking to iron it out. Which for me, is the only reason it isn't 5 stars. The lid is another common theme, I'm not sure what other people are finding difficult. The lid says to push down whilst twisting the lid. If you follow this and keep a firm push down whilst turning, the lid will come straight off. No hacksaw or screwdrivers necessary like I've seen other people commenting.

I have insomnia related to pmdd and ptsd. I find the slower you dissolve/suck these, the better they work. I often have two at a time, at bedtime to relax. Sometimes they help me sleep. They are up against severe anxiety and ptsd flashbacks - I had no faith they would help, but they do.Looking at other CBD gummies on the market, these seem fairly priced. Not cheap, but totally worth it. I will go broke to sleep peacefully.I like how portable they are. I do sometimes travel and the tub is a nice size. I started out drinking the Goodrays drinks, which are also great, but they take up too much space.These gummies are a little ‘sweaty’ despite being sugar coated. This doesn’t bother me. I’m taking them for the benefits, not aesthetics. What matters is they work.
