I know there are plenty of people who take folic acid when they're trying to get pregnant, and then right the way through pregnancy, because it's important for both mother and baby.I'm not pregnant. Not even close. But I have fibroids.Lots of them.I don't like sharing my energy with little cysts that take up space in my uterus but do absolutely nothing for me, as such, I too am taking folic acid. It's given me loads more energy and my skin has even cleared up (I can only put the bad skin down to skin confused by hormones that are messed up by the presence of fibroids that refuse to earn their keep).Recommended.

Been taking this since I found out I was pregnant. There’s plenty in the bottle to last at least 5 months of pregnancy. Only complaint is the pills are slightly chalky (due to bulking agents used).

After having my son I found out that its good to take folic acid when hoping to get pregnant, as we would like more children I ordered these to have in the drawer for when we start to try for our next bubba. Folic acid is a great supplement, although can be got from a good balanced diet, and we do eat that, I like that these will ensure I get a very good amount - even on those naughty days when we get takeaway / dont eat as well as we usually do

31st August 2022Folic Acid 400 mcg Vitamin B9 Pregnancy Care Maternal Tissue Growth During Immune System Support Energy Production Women Health 180 Vegan TabletsBrand: MAX VITA MAXIMUM VITALITYWhile these tablets are labelled as for women and pregnancy, men also need to take these sometimes as well for whatever reason.These tablets will last for 6 months if you take them one a day and are small and easy to swallow. They are good value at £6.99 for 180 tablets.I see no reason why they will not work as advertised but I will review this at my 6 monthly blood tests where I am tested for folic acid deficiency. If it goes down then I will know and update this review accordingly.Thank you for reading my review

I've been taking these for a few weeks now. Id previously bought a different folic acid supplement and was feeling generally weak and out of sorts . I changed to these to see if it made a difference and after almost 4 weeks ive started feeling so much better. Definitely keeping on this for the future. Its easy to take and a good price
