My eyelashes look like I’ve had natural extensions put on - they are so long and thick. And this was only after about 3 weeks.Also do feel like I’ve got more energy which was something I was lacking.Have these on subscription now and will be a complete staple forever.

I absolutely will never not take these now I know the true benefits of how I feel with them alongside a nice clean diet, moderate exercise and plenty of water, I have noticed a phenomenal change in my mood. I’ve had a libido boost that I had no idea I needed in addition to a shocking on time period which hasn’t happened in years. I didn’t realise until I reflected back over the weeks, but I also feel less groggy and generally more alert. It feels like someone took my brain and washed it and put it back! Excellent stuff

Ive only taken this for 3 days since arriving that many days ago as a lower strength, from a different brand was helping only for a few hours at a time. My thyroid condition seems to have flared up from years of not. I looked at thus and the reviews and so i bought to try.So far so good. Ive only had to take one a day. My thyroid seems to give me fatigue and a feeling of slow suffocation. So this keeps that at bay. Ive not felt half the discomfort and feel better for it. Its stronger strength.I am waiting to get bloods done, but until then im very happy with this..if it doesnt work for u then it is trial and error and a visit to the doctor really.

I have been doomed with ulcers over the last 7 years and to the point that I haven't been able to talk properly, when I went for a biopsy on my tongue the surgeon who was doing this suggested taking 1000mg - i was so desperate to try anything as i had done over the years that I purchased some.They worked great initially but i found the ulcers were coming back, so I upped my dose to 2000mg and now very rarely suffer at all - maybe get the odd ulcer which is a milestone to my daily pain.Highly recommend this product it has done wonders for me.

Got them a few weeks ago never took anything like this before and I definitely have noticed a difference and my friends have noticed that my skin is looking healthier too. Will be making another purchase once they are getting low but still got a lot left as you are only taking one a day and they are 60 in a pack and I bought 2 because I thought I had to take more than 1 a day.

The dose on this is definitely high. Too hugh for me, as I started to get a rash behind ears and extreme itching.Turns out the dosage was too high for me and caused hypothyroidism.It might sound like a bad thing but the supplement industry is unregulated so often dont know if the dosage is accurate. But this is defo a high dosage sea moss. Great for those with under performing thyroids.
