Easy to fit, and works seamlessly, no issues. The design is a bit clunky and could be smaller, but it seems to flow very well. Can’t comment on the quality of water, as I am unsure if the water has changed or not. Maybe run a test.

Really helps with softening shower water and after 3 weeks of use can still see that the water is less harsh on my skin.The quality of the plastic casing is not so good though, as the thread where it screws to the shower attachments easily broke on mine when I tried to remove it to check it. The company did send a replacement as soon as I told them about it so it was resolved easily. But still shouldn't have happened in the first place.

I don't usually write products feedback but in this instance I feel I need to say something as this product is worth my words. The shower filter is amazing. It took me 1 minute to set it up! Yes it's that simple! I love how compact it is. It has changed the way I feel about having showers. No more hard water on the skin causing all type of eczemas and rashes! The water feels as fresh and light on my skin. It really makes all the difference. I didn't know the water quality could make all the difference but having this filter has shown its benefits from the first shower. I am a client for life!

This broke my shower head multiple times, because it a bit heavy. I would not recommend.I am very tempted to return the item. I had high hopes for it.

This shower filter is simply amazing! After extensive research, I found the best value for money. The moment I started using it, I noticed an immediate difference. I bought Tapp 1s as I was a fan of Tapp 1 and had been looking for a solution to soften water in my shower due to having psoriasis. This product, like Tapp 1 is very easy to install on a shower hose. I have been more than thrilled at how it's helped my skin pretty much immediately and improved my dry skin dramatically. With a young family it's also given me piece of mind that my baby is also now bathing in softer water and have noticed less lime scale residue. I have recommended to many friends with children who have eczema. A must buy for anyone living with hard water.

This is such a great product and I can taste a big difference when drinking the tap water. Before my tea used to be scummy but since I installed the filter it's clearAlso, my baby girl suffers from eczema and I have tried every cream on the market with no luck so a friend of mine recommended this filter for the shower head and now my hair and daughters skin is much softer. Easy to install and good for the environment!

Upon initially messaging Tapp Water we thought they were too good to be true, the stats of their products are fantastic and the designs are sleek and compact. Given the state of hucksters out there right now, my partner and I became cautious. They use a Shoppify software for Customer Support which came from a strange looking email domain. James confirmed his status as a human and immediately eased all of our concerns, he was incredibly helpful and outgoing with getting us everything we needed and guaranteeing us with their return policies, despite buying off Bolo. He walked me through doing some plumbing (connecting and screwing in fittings) which is exceptional service, and he didn’t make me feel stupid or become frustrated when 99% of people would because basically a child who can do Leggo can get it sorted. The shower was incredibly easy to fit. He sent a tonne of free adaptors to me quickly, after I realised that the tap we have is not standard and required a male-male adaptor to use Tapp Water Ecco Pro. Can’t recommend this company highly enough to those who are wanting high-quality water for themselves and their loved ones, couldn’t be more pleased with the product and the service. Showers are now relaxing at night and energising in the morning. Thank you!

Da wir bei uns sehr kalkhaltiges Wasser haben war ich schon länger auf der Suche nach einer Möglichkeit diesen etwas zu reduzieren, da nach dem Duschen immer Kalkablagerungen übrig blieben. Also den Filter kurzerhand bestellt. Er kam zügig an und lies sich auch super leicht montieren. Und schon nach kurzem Gebrauch kann ich sagen das er was bringt. Die Kalkflecken sind wesentlich geringer. An der Haut selber merke ich noch keinen großen Unterschied, aber mal schauen was auf lange Sicht wird. Ich kann den Filter empfehlen, allein schon wegen dem wenigeren Putzen nach dem Duschen.

The water comes out without a copper smell and without a yellow color, I recommend it.
