I told myself not to exaggerate, but I think it deserves more attention as It’s definitely the best pre-workout I’ve ever tasted, so I can understand the price they sell it at. I used a bit more water to dilute it because the flavour of juicy watermelon is quite sour (which I love, sometimes) but also it’s my preference.It genuinely does taste like juicy water melon, and a bit of bubblegum, it’s a pretty light pink shade too once it’s mixed. There was no side effects like the usual tingly, uncomfortable sensation I get with cheaper pre workouts such as Optimum Nutrition (Those are kind of a nightmare, the itchiness is tough to deal with)Ease of mixing is the best, I mixed for a good 20 seconds and there were no clumps left at the bottom of the cup. The amount of energy it gives too, I feel like I could hit a few PR’s when I use it before the gym, I’ve only drank it once on an empty stomach, but I’m sure the performance levels would be just as good as other aspects of the pre. There were also no underlying effects on the skin, or any effects on my body such as my stomach.I think it’s worth noting that it does take a good minute to find the scoop, as I lost a bit of powder whilst struggling to find it.Other than that and my ranting, It’s worth every penny and I’ll gladly purchase it again.

Found my new nootropic drink! It wakes me up mentally.Taste is nice, subtle guava.Great value because there is 60 doses in the small tube!Yes, digging the tiny scoop was a surgical procedure because the tub is really full and powder very fine but that wouldn’t put me off.I originally wanted to try a different pre-workout to get a new motivation to exercise and achieve my body goals but I think I do miss no tingles if I really want to push my body’s limits.It definitely wakes up my mind though (I don’t like drinking coffee, that could be an option too). I also feel it gives me more energy than coffee and energy is sustained for at least half a day.Regarding workouts I don’t feel it as much as body in action mode but still happy with the product.There is no usual stuff like beta alanin (tingles), creatine (high intensity workout), citrulline malate, branched chained amino acids.It does make me somewhat less food obsessed so I don’t eat 4 croissants after my workout as it suppresses some cravings.Also, hard to pick preworkout if you are like me and try to avoid additional ingredients like maltodextrin, acesulfame K and aspartame. Here is still sucralose and silicon dioxide (to prevent hardening).Overall happy with this one and looking forward to try a different flavour in the future.

Flavour is poor. Stains anything it touches including finger and teeth. Also turns the other end green. 1/10 would not recommend. Formula seems to be the same as any other flavour but packed full of artificial colourings. Was expecting more from this brand

Best flavour out of the Oxy Shred pre workouts. I've tried others and they are just too sweet for me.I usually mix this with a smidge of squash, just to help it go down.High strength and extremely effective before a workout.I don't get side effects with Oxy Shred, which is great for me as I have tried other pre workouts which have left me shaking and feeling sick.My appetite is suppressed, however I do eat after a workout - to get that important protein in.
