Insert the Unicorn Cup into the vaginal canal, similarly to a tampon. To remove, pinch the base of the cup and twist slightly to break the seal, then pull it out. Clean the cup with mild soap and warm water after each use, and sterilize it in boiling water for 3-5 minutes at the end of each cycle. The cup can be worn for up to 12 hours, depending on the heaviness of the flow. It is recommended to change the cup more frequently on heavy flow days. Always check the cup for any signs of damage before reusing.
