It’s kept everything clean and soothed, and I’ve had no issues with infection or irritation at all. Easy to use, gentle, and really effective - I’ll definitely keep using it!

Bought this for me and my daughters after we had some piercings. Worked wonders on my helix and conch piercing and felt like it helped them heel quicker. It also eases the pain when first applied. Has lasted a long time with 3 of us using it. I used it for the 1st week.

I don't normally write reviews but this spray is so gooood! I first got it to heal two helix piercings that wouldn't settle down - my piercings were inflamed and I had those big red bumps on my ear. I was wondering if I'd have to abandon the piercings because I was worried it would never heal. But this stuff has been a god send! It really does work. I'm now using it to heal a septum piercing and would recommend it to anyone looking to heal a piercing.Also, if you look at the ingredients, it's not just salty water like some of these sprays. The ingredients promote quick recovery. I don't really know what else to say - buy it and you definitely won't regret it. I'm on my second bottle at this point.

I have never written an Bolo review (literal18 y/o) - but I had to for this one. I had been struggling with my second lobe piercing for months now - it kept accidentally getting caught on something and bleeding and swelling. Decided to give this solution a try (got it in February - so it lasts a couple months with daily use too) and it is 100% worth it! Immediately after it gets inflamed again I clean the area, spray the solution, let it dry and the next day it’s completely calmed down! These photos are a few days apart.I just bought my second bottle and am using this for my new nose piercing as well if it gets swollen and it works great.

Worth noting, this is not a 'sterile' version saline. The pump application by design sucks air back in before the next pump. If your piercing is brand new - avoid this and search for a sterile alternative. However, this does clean already healed piercings.

I came across this item when I was having a particularly hard time with my industrial piercing. It was so sore, kept weeping and was going in a bit of a lump. I ordered this based on the reviews and I can honestly say I'm so glad I did. This stuff is amazing! My industrial is perfect and no longer having any issues, no lumps or weeping at all after only a couple of days usage. The bottle feels expensive and of good quality. This product is a game changer and have already recommended this to a friend!

Bought this as I finished the spray I bought at the piercer. It’s easy to use. The spray is quite strong. I use 2 sprays front and back of my conch piercing, 2 or 3 times a day (depending if the piercing is irritated). It makes the irritation go away! Definitely recommended!

I pierce my ears at home and obviously that can increase the chance of infection, but this spray has prevented that, and it is very easy to use. You can spray it directly on the piercings or put it on a q-tip and rub it around. Either way this product is amazing and this is my second time purchasing.
Great for Piercing Hygiene and Irritation Bumps!
Great for cleaning and maintaining ear hygiene! This helped me get rid of an irritation bump on my forward helix! I didn't use any other products alongside this to make the irritation bump go away, so I'm unsure whether it would've healed quicker had I used something else. I just sprayed this onto my ear once every day, and then also used a Q-tip after spraying to remove any crusties.... maybe only once or twice a week because I don't get crusties that often. Didn't irritate my skin or piercings and helped the bump go away in 17 days! I also used it on my snug piercing while it was going through one hell of a swelling process and it seemed to calm down within about the same time frame of 17 days. Although,
