This is an excellent cleaner. Goes over rugs, no problem. Just needs to have rollers cleaned before every use.Otherwise easy to set up and use. Not really worth connecting to Alexa as the on/off switch is much easier.

All of the technology in it is useful, but as a vacuum, it’s quite useless, with very minimal suction power.On hard floors, it’s fine, on carpets of any depth, it struggles.

Wow, what a great vacuum cleaner. I should have bought one years ago. I can’t speak highly enough of this machine and it exceeds all my expectations. So fast and efficient. Cleans better than a small Dyson I bought 5 years ago. Will still need a conventional cleaner occasionally, but this does 95% of the work.

Didn’t even get the product out of the box ☹️we are replacing our old robot vacuum which has a height of 7cm. I chose this one and spent more with a five year guarantee and the brand. Unfortunately the actual height of the unit is 9.98cm (99.8mm) although it’s product description states 7cm. The clearance under our sofa is 8 cm so it can’t fit under like the other ones can.

The media could not be loaded. For me it's a no brainer, once you've mapped rooms you want robot to go over, select suction strength and timer. I use smart things and you can watch in real time as robot vac goes around room(s) Set a timer, day or night, rooms, different zones per day or week. It's a lot of money up front but with £450 off after discount and £100 trade in old hoover reasonable considering just how expensive Dyson hoovers can be. Still well worth, especially if your mobility is an issue. I've checked after each clean, two different zones, rooms per week. Its lifting majority of rubbish, you'll always have hard to pick up pieces not matter what hoover your using. Least in my experience. Empting the micro filter simple, wash and dry thoroughly before returning to base unit.You also have 100days return if not satisfied.

We had the Roomba before this but had endless issues with the parts and the app not working most of the time. So we bought the Samsung and I wish we bought it earleir. It's very quiet, powerful and does its job properly. No issues getting "lost" or "stuck" like Roomba. Very happy with this one.
