We run a SmartThings smart home and have started to replace appliances with Samsung appliances that have SmartThings capabilities and WiFi connectivity. The overall performance of this vacuum is excellent, it maps out the rooms and cleans in a pattern so it does not miss any part of the floor. It’s great at cleaning with good suction power, better than the Eufy robot vacuum. The self emptying is fantastic, we always forgot to empty the Eufy vacuum. Highly recommend this product.

After several weeks it has worked well, usually negotiating a crowded environment well. One has to ensure cables, and shoe laces, are out of its way as it can get tangled get easily and a few times it has got itself into a situation that it can't get it off. At such times it has stopped and called for help.While a full vacuum cleaner is more powerful, the robot devices can be programmed to run daily and will do a more thorough clean. Just don't look in the corners.The Samsung, like all such devices is imperfect but in all honesty, when it comes to cleaning, it's not as imperfect as its owner

I have a dog and I send this round every other day and it cleans wonderfully.. Haven’t needed to change the bag yet, so it lasts a while!

Well, I only have good product recommendations, I have a carpet in the living room and the robot can vacuum up light dirt, but in the flat's restaurant I don't have a carpet. I highly recommend.

had this for few months now.it works perfectly and does as it suppose to do.works with my fridge screen and mobile phone.don't expect it to be very strong but if you run it twice it will clean .works on hard surfaces (laminate and wood)and over carpet it is not strong enough to do the job at once.one thing needs to be improve "adding extra rooms to map."for example:it map downstairs perfectly ,but when I take it upstairs I need to remap and delete the downstairs map which is a pain.if you can design additional map to be stored 👍

The vacuum robot and the station are great. Decent cleaning, mapping, not too noisy. Pretty much what you would expect from this type of product. What you wouldn't expect is for those side brushes to break after a couple of months and to be either impossible to find replacements or find them at £30 each. Without the side brush it is basically useless. I've been talking to Samsung support and they say the brushes are not covered by warranty as they are consumables so they send me to a bunch of websites that should stock them, yet none of them do.

Set up and when I tried to use it it would complain of a LiDAR sensor fault. Tried many times. Spoke to Samsung who said its needs an engineer as it’s faulty. Bolo won’t replace the product have to go through a whole refund process which is highly inconvenient.
