Chose this Braun model after looking at many reviews. Very pleased I did - the item was expensive but gave a excellent comfortable shave (once my face had got used to the change) For the first time in my life I had no razor rash under my chin ! Easy to clean with the brush provided and overall a very good item especially with the extended warranty from Braun. Highly recommended

I am delighted with this electric razor—it has provided me with the most exceptional shaving experience I have ever had. It surpasses a traditional wet shave in terms of both speed and simplicity, and the battery life is truly remarkable. Even after using it every other day since charging it in February, it still remains strong and reliable in April. The design of this razor is ergonomically sound, and the cutting heads are densely packed, resulting in a versatile shave with each stroke. The inclusion of a durable carrying case and a cleaning brush are practical and thoughtful additions. This razor is a significant improvement from my previous Philips model, which started to pull at hairs instead of effectively cutting them. I am thoroughly impressed by its performance—it effortlessly glides across my face, leaving behind nothing but smoothness without any irritation. Although it is on the more expensive side, for those who value convenience and dislike wet shaving, this razor is worth every penny. I cannot stop recommending it to my friends.

I was a little sceptical with some of the claims of battery life and shaving experience. I have had the product for 10 days and can say that I am very happy with it. Battery still has plenty of charge (this will be really beneficial when taking on holiday as I wont have to take charger/plug). on the shave quality, this is a quantum leap from my previous shaver. as well as being an excellent close shave, it is saving me time each day - probably about half the time from my previous shaver. It is a lot of money, however I am certain with the benefits I have noted, it is real value.

So for many years I’d been using the Philips 9000 series shaver and loved it but it always struggled with longer hair that curled back to the skin so for hair growth longer then 3 days it was frustrating. I finally took the plunge and fronted up the cash for this Braun series 9 and oh my what a difference it’s a much closer shave just like using a razor. I got the one with the battery travel case and that is fantastic too I just wish I got the cleaning station too. I would highly recommend this shaver! The only negatives is that it doesn’t hold on to much of the shaved hair dust like the Philips did and replacement heads are more expensive but don’t let that put you off.

Nice close shave and good battery life. A big improvement over my 6 year old Braun. I ordered with the travel charger case which works well and a charger stand. Instead of the charger stand I received a cleaning tank which I didn’t want or need! Would have been 5 stars if I had received the stand.

This is my fourth shaver of this or similar model. I use it wet in the shower as you are meant to be able to. It gives a good shave but after about a year, water gets into the unit and causes havoc with the electronics with shaver turn on on its own, locking up etc. I had the three previous models replaced by Braun. My fourth replacement has just died with the same issues. Clearly not designed for continual wet use.

This is a good foil shaver and performs better than my older one which finally died after nearly 10 years. It's quieter and seems to get a closer shave. Never as close as a blade but good enough for most days. Battery life seems to be very good. I didn't bother with the cleaning station, my previous one had that, the refills were expensive and didn't last long for very little gain as the detachable cutting head can be easily cleaned using the brush and water.

Ich kann dieses Modell uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Habe bisher die Series 5 genutzt, bzw. mich nass rasiert. Auch bei längeren Barthaaren geht es sehr schnell bis der Bartwuchs entfernt ist. Die Haare werden tief genug abgeschnitten, dass es einen halben Tag dauert, bis wieder die ersten Stoppeln fühlbar sind. Da hat BRAUN tatsächlich nicht zuviel versprochen. Eine Reinigungsstation zur Nassreinigung kann man sich bei der Series9 sparen, mit der beiliegenden Bürste lässt sich das Gerät sehr gut reinigen. Muss aber jeder für sich selber entscheiden.
