As someone who struggles with joint pain, I was looking for a natural solution and these pills have not disappointed.Since incorporating the pills into my daily routine, I have noticed a significant improvement in my knee and joint pain. I can now move more freely and comfortably without the aches and stiffness I used to experience.I highly recommend these pills to anyone looking for a natural way to support joint health. I ordered these for my wife as she has been complaining of stiffness and pain over the last several months that Ibuprofen has some effect on so I assume that it is more due to inflammation than anything else.I have been taking Glucosamine for many years now which along with my prescribed medication does help me to keep at least a little more mobile than I otherwise would be so I hoped that this supplement would work for my wife.This container comes with sixty capsules that are easy to swallow with a small glass of water. The directions state that two should be taken each day so this container has a months worth of pills. At the time of this review these are on sale for £31.26 so they are quite expensive compared to the Glucosamine that I have been taking.Once my wife started to take these she noticed that she had a little less pain and more mobility after just one week. This got slowly better over the next two weeks and now after the four week coarse that I received she seems to be much more like her old self. Comparing these to the effectiveness of my Glucosamine, these seem to have worked much faster and with a better effect so I would say that these are worth the extra expense.We are now going to see how long it will be before she starts to feel the problems of the inflammation once again and we will be ordering more of these once they are required again, I am also thinking of taking these instead of my usual Glucosamine after seeing how well they worked for my wife.Overall, these are quite expensive but what price can be put on living more of a pain free life and being able to do things that we enjoy once again.Recommended.

Thinking about taking curcumin? Not all products are the same. This item uses curcumin molecules bound to phospholipid molecules, which can result in 29 times more curcumin absorption than with the use of straight curcumin. So buying this product gives you probably one of the most absorbable forms of curcumin. The issue is its cost. It is not cheap. This product has helped relieve my muscles and sore leg joints. It helps reduce inflammation and it does work very well.Overall, this is a great product and it works very well but it is not cheap. If you want one of the best forms of curcumin, this is the product for you. Recommended.

Curcumin Phytosome with Meriva contains curcumin, an extract of the herb turmeric. While curcumin has powerful effects, it has very poor bioavailability in the body and therefore is not well utilized. Initially, curcumin supplements were combined with black pepper (piperine) to enhance absorption.However, modern technology combines curcumin with sunflower oil creating a much, much greater absorbed curcumin than the standard formulation. Meriva contains 95% curcuminoids and is bound to phospholipids (plant-derived fats) from sunflower oil, creating incredibly enhanced absorption.Curcumin can limit inflammation throughout the body, primarily muscles and joints, and generalised aches and pains. It is also a powerful antioxidant that benefits the liver, GI tract, cardiovascular system and joints. It alters how the body produces its inflammatory chemicals, known as cytokines.Of particular interest is the use of curcumin (Meriva) in active and athletic people - it works well to limit exercise-induced inflammation and muscle soreness, thereby enhancing recovery and performance.I exercise almost daily and prefer Tae-Bo or advanced HIIT workouts. Many months ago, I started getting intense aches and clicking in my knees due to the hundreds of squats I do. It was getting progressively worse, to the point of barely being able to bend my knees. I decided to start supplementing with turmeric due to its miraculous anti-inflammatory properties, and I have not stopped since. Not only did it help my knees, but I have no prolonged inflammation. Moreover, turmeric helped me immensely with my skin, and I incorporated it into my skincare products.I am currently using another Doctor`s Best product, and I could not be happier with the purity and quality of its supplements. Having experienced the incredibly positive effects of turmeric, I am excited to have started utilising a more bioavailable product.
