I used these moulds with fondant icing for a quick & simple wedding cake design. Looked really effective. They unmould easily

On unpacking I was surprised at the vibrancy of the pink of the moulds. The rose mould is a lot thicker than that of the leaf designs necessitated by the fact that the roses' 3-d design is in itself deep. I dabbed the moulds with cornflour to ensure the fondant released easily. Some were easier than others given the depth of roses as my fingers were prone to touching the fondant roses as they came out causing a little deformity. Probably user error more than anything. The leaves mould was less problematic, the leaves being thinner designs than the roses. The mould did however seem very stable.The rose mould was more tricky to clean given the complexity and depth of the petal designs and drying more difficult as water was caught in the petal folds. (Hand washed). Both moulds gave good impressions into the fondant and that is what is needed so I was pleased with the purchase.

When I received the silicone rose mould it looked well made and very detailed and have just used it and found the roses are lovely and are easy to remove from the mould absolutely delighted thank you.

Makes delightful flowers, a trick I learned is to dust the mold with corn flour before you put in the icing and they pop out easily and perfectly

Schön, schnell, Gäste waren beeindruckt
Tolle Formen. Habe weiße Schokolade in der Mikrowelle (niedrige Stufe) schmelzen lassen, eingefärbt und dann in die Formen gegossen. 5-10 Minuten in den Gefrierschrank gestellt und entnommen. Die Formen konnte ich gut zwei Tage vor dem Backen machen.

Die Silikonformen haben unterschiedliche Farben. Die mit den Blättern ist rosa und ziemlich flach, die mit den Rosen pink. Ich habe es bisher mit Iso malt ausprobiert.Sie lösen sich ganz leicht von der Form und nehmen die Strukturen an. Das Reinigen gestaltet sich einfach.Ich kann sie empfehlen.
