These are great. I used them on a few 3 days fast and they keep leg cramps away, where other electrolytes tablets have failed to. I do need to take them for the daybagter I fast too. Really happy with them. I think I'll take a few with me on long hikes too especially on hot days.

They work quickly to replenish essential electrolytes like sodium, potassium, and magnesium, helping to prevent the common symptoms of fatigue and muscle cramps that can occur with ketosis or fasting. I’ve noticed a real improvement in my energy levels and hydration.The capsules are easy to swallow, and the dosage is straightforward, but I did find the formula a little on the strong side in terms of its effects initially. Additionally, I would have preferred a more natural taste for the capsules—though it’s not a huge issue as the benefits outweigh it.Overall, a highly effective product that supports hydration and electrolyte balance, especially when on a keto or fasting regimen. I’ve deducted one star for the taste, but it’s still a great supplement.

Bought while doing keto. After 20 mins I could taste salt at the back of my throat. Price point was ok and easy to swallow.

I’m on Keto (towards the carnivore end) and sometimes get head aches after I’ve worked out. Three of these a day completely fixes that problem for me. The pills themselves are quite large, but the shells don’t “stick” to your tongue or throat, if that makes sense, so they go down easy. I’ll definitely be buying more.

They’re a little overpriced when you buy them separately, plus includes calcium which you don’t want to take with magnesium.
