Only one moisture pad. Great signs so far.Taste is good, plus it blends well with shakes.Recommend that starting out with small scoops first or not a full scoop until you have had one or two drinks! Remember it has caffeine in it....All in all I have been using a variety of there products and I am impressed.

Does what it says, good pre workout. Blue raspberry is good. The watermelon one tastes a bit funky.

Gutes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis. Das Produkt macht was es soll. Ich nehme das Pre Workouts ca. 30min vor dem Sport. Auf dem Weg mit dem Fahrrad ins Gym merkt man schon wie der Pre langsam startet. Während des Trainings ist man gut fokussiert und hat bock. Hatte selber kein Down nach dem Training.

Well it gives you an energy surge and tingly with even a 1/4 of stuff . So I don’t even think you need a full scoop to save the weirds or on 30 consumption servings . It gives me the Cosby kid drop offs though . So if you’re sensitive you might run to the white thrown usually 6 hours after . But maybe not .
