Fantastic White Towel Set

I love that they are all cotton, and they absorb very well - even after washing. Just don't use fabric softener on them, use vinegar in the wash to soften them. Using fabric softener will make them less absorbent.
No Lint
These towels are one of the few that don’t leave one with gobs of lint after drying. I’ve had some that will still produce lint up to the first six washes. Not these. They are very pretty, and soft. The one thing wrong was that on the first and only wash so far, the ivory changed to white in a few spots. Since they are both shades of white, it’s not too noticeable. Packaged well. They look amazing for the most part, and do absorb well, so these are a keeper for me.
Here's why I will NOT purchase again..
They are NOT made by Beautyrest and they will not stand behind the product. One of the washcloths began to literally disintegrate within 8 months of use and no more than a dozen washings... see pic attached. Beautyrest does nothing to service this product nor provide warranty solutions even though it has their name and brand clearly on the attached label. Beautyrest refers you to "JLA Home" (view the product fine details for maker info) who are the truthful makers / marketers. Bolo claims absolution stating, "buyers should contact the manufacturer" for issues. Well, it required 5 separate phone calls to reach a person at JLA Home, after being dropped mid phone conversations 4 times. This same company also makes Martha Stewart, Macy's, Jane Seymour towels among others. Lesson Learned: Poor quality so don't expect the towels to last and definitely do not expect any help from either Bolo or Beautyrest.
Thick, strong and kid proof towels
These are really nice towels/washcloths. They are thick and absorbent and just soft enough. Not super soft like a luxury towel but enough to when you use it, you go “hmmm, nice!”. It does dry you off fairly quickly, you don’t have to go over the same spot 3 times. They’ve gone through the washer & dryer just fine, I use warm water/med heat, no fabric softener. The hand towels are really good and the washcloths are nice too but it gets a bit “heavy” when it’s wet and full of soap. But that’s what happens with a thick washcloth and not the 10 for $5 type.What I also like is that they have held up to the my son and husband test so far. Towels lying on the bathroom floor getting stepped on instead of actually picking it up, wadded up wet washcloths, dried toothpaste on the hand towels, etc. I’m sure you know the drill. They have survived without a scratch so far…no random threads, tears, or dank smells.They may be a little bit on the expensive side, I could see paying that amount if you got 2 more sets for that price but that’s just me. I do like these though and recommend them.

I'm genuinely confused because all of the other reviews say that these towels are plush and soft but mine were thin and scratchy.
