This is my second pair of ankle supports as my husband has had the first pair.They give excellent support,for my ankles, both of which have suffered breaks, for jogging, they fitted well under my compression socks, and were a great help during recent completed 10k. They are well made, and were a good price.

So far so good, been about a week and my feet don’t ache when I walk.Still hurt in the morning when I wake up, but as soon as I put these on it the pain melts away.

These compression ankle braces are easy to put on but still have a good level of compression and support. They seem to be well made although I haven’t washed them yet. Unfortunately, they are not shaped correctly. Wearing them is like wearing a tube sock, so you end up with bunched up compression material at the front of the ankle. It’s not especially uncomfortable for shorter term wearing but the effect is to put more uneven compression in the front of the ankle than anywhere else. You can see the effect this has when you take them off. They also have quite a thick band running right under the balls of the foot which is a bit uncomfortable.I bought these for help with Achilles tendinitis as advertised. I wore them for part of one day with normal everyday activity and they were ok, not good not bad, like wearing regular socks. But boy the next day I was absolutely crippled with pain! The only change I had made was these braces. I will try them again at some point when I’m feeling brave, just to be sure, but im not holding out much hope for any better outcome.

Size. I'm average female size 14-16. Ankles not particularly fat. It fits well. At first I thought it wasn't very tight...but..it is actually supporting in right places. I had an awful sprain for last 3 weeks...this has given me some support as it heals..and I feel my ankle is less vulnerable ..less wobbly.
