These taste the best to me, I think they work too, I didn't give 5 stars because they contain citric acid, which is something I have a problem with as it is most often derived from mold not lemons as you might think & molds are a sensitivity for me - I'm very sensitive though so I would still recommend them

This always arrives quickly. I have been taking this product daily in water for a few years. On very hot days and if I'm fasting I use it a couple of times a day. It's fantastic.

This is the most amazing supplement i have ever taken, my daughter bought it for me as i suffered a lot with leg and feet cramps almost on a daily basis, since i started taking this i have not got a single cramp since and its been about 6 months, the only thing i dont like is the taste, i put a teaspoon in the last mouthful of coffee and gulp it back, if i could give it 10 stars i would, i only take it now every 2nd or third day, 😊

Way too much sodium in these, can’t take the recommended dose as it’s just too salty which is a shame as I tried their other products with no issues
