It cooks well, tastes great, has just the right texture, and is already in portions! Having had many years of chewing pasta akin to cardboard, that no amount of seasoning or sauce could disguise, this is low carb luxury! I was my usual sceptical self but literally was stopped in my tracks when I tried a plain cooked piece. I’m so excited that I can make pasta dishes that don’t seem like a stage prop that should never be eaten. I’ve not even added a sauce to this first cooked lot yet!!!!! So excited that I can add a tasty and delicate sauce!!!!!

This low carb pasta comes in 14 separate 50 g packs.I have found this really good as it’s a decent portion and saves me having to weigh it out.As low carb products go this is not too bad as long as you let it soak up the sauce you are using.I will probably buy it again Texture not too bad.50 g is very filling.As with all low carb products they tend to be more expensive so this is on par price wise with other products I have bought

Comme de vrai pâtes. Les sachets individuels sont bien pratiques. Le seul inconvénient c est que le prix est élevé mais bon je n ai pas trouvé d autres concurrents moins chers avec qualité égale donc je rachète régulièrement.
