I decided, having read many reviews regarding installation, that i would add a non return valve to protect my water supply and also an isolation valve should the plastic connection on the handle break.I am not a very practical person and to fit it all with no leaks took several hours, inventive swearing and a certain amount of despair.I didn't want to pay a plumber probably £100+ to fit what was a £35 bidet attachment, but with hindsight, i probably would next time.Saying that, i got it done eventually and it is great.Love how well it works and no further use for toilet paper.Clean and fuss free.Don't overthink it - the cold water makes no difference and who wants a heated seat?Save your money and get this.

The media could not be loaded. Easy to install. All parts in place. Be careful with the seal facing upwards that goes to supply pipe. Teflon supplied with the package. Instruction book is ok and fits well with UK piping. No leaks so far. Will see within couple of weeks again..

This works really well. Initially i had concerns about the shut-off tap not completely shutting off the water supply, but i haven’t found any leaks since installing this after a couple of months of use. installation isn’t particularly easy, depending on your loo shape. i had to add a couple of spacer washers to raise the seat level, so it cleared the plastic housing of the product. if you are ok with DIY and can do a bit of plumbing, then you should be able to manage. i would also suggest using a jointing compound when adding this in the ‘mains water pressure’ copper piping. However, once installed i am really impressed and it works better than i expected.

It's worth noting the hose is about 0.7m and is under the controls. Just make sure your hose can reach and if it can't check if getting a left/right handed one could change that.Other than that it sprays water just fine and doesn't leak, quick and easy installation all things considered.

Ich bin wirklich begeistert von diesem Podest! Im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Produkten sieht es nicht nur gut aus, sondern erfüllt auch zuverlässig seinen Zweck. Die Optik ist modern und fügt sich super in unsere Umgebung ein – das war mir besonders wichtig, da viele Alternativen eher klobig oder unschön gestaltet sind.Die Anbringung ist laut meinem Mann zwar etwas aufwändig – wobei ich dazu sagen muss, dass er nicht gerade handwerklich begeistert oder besonders geschickt ist. Trotzdem hat er die Montage problemlos hinbekommen, was zeigt, dass es grundsätzlich gut machbar ist. Ich denke, für die meisten dürfte die Installation kein großes Problem darstellen.Alles in allem ein rundum gelungenes Produkt, das ich gerne weiterempfehle!
Great bidet
Started using a bidet during the pandemic. Moved to another state and purchased this one. Saved loads of money on toilet paper. It’s very easy to use and does a great job.
