Excellent product . The arms were really long for my ladder width and they get on the way of my other storage above , so I count them back by about 250mm.Well made and really good price . Would highly recommend for garage storage off this seller .

Excellent item. Simple but well built. I've built a wooden shed on my front driveway to store my kayaks, and I use a couple of sets of these bars to hold 2 of my whitewater kayaks on the top level, while on the bottom I keep my sea kayak. Works really well.

Perfect job for getting my kayak off the ground and out of the way. Easy assembly once you have a ladder or steps for securing to the roof etc. considering buying another for my car roof box. Thanks

This is exactly what I needed. Easy to use and very sturdy as long as you mount it on the studs. I use it to store my Thule Cargo Box.

Perfect for giving more room
We needed more room in our small two car garage for another car. We didn’t want to get rid of our kayaks and these work perfectly. Quick and easy to put up and very sturdy. Our kayaks even have indentations where the oars normally sit when not rowing. We used those indentations as our measurement points and installed the bars on the ceiling at the same distance. This makes it even more secure since the kayaks sit on the bars at those indentations sites. There is also plenty of room for the oars to sit on the bars as well. It gave us another several feet to use in the garage once we had both kayaks on the ceiling. We used two sets of bars and faced them towards each other. I was scared that they would get bumped and fall off onto my car (this was a needless worry because they are secure, but just in case). The cross bars come off, so getting them down is a breeze with two people…one to hold up the kayak and one to take the bars off. I highly recommend these even if you have a lot of space. I gets your toys off the floor and gives you space! Btw, we still have to fix the light, so don’t laugh at our temporary fix.

Does as it describes. Drilled pilot holes first, then drilled the screws in. Solid, user friendly design. Use a pen or sharpie to dot when the screws go before drilling pilot holes, that way everything lines up easy.
